Brooktrails Fire Department

They legitimately came to get my cat out of a tree in 2015. I understood it was a training opportunity, and that my cat would have eventually gotten out of the tree herself, and in general you shouldn't call the fire department for non-emergencies... The kitty was only 40ft off the ground from one side of the tree, but it was a ~150ft drop on the other side of the tree and we were sad and scared! I just couldn't keep listening to her "meow" and not try to get help. So grateful they came and got my kitty to safety <3 Righteous crew, super awesome.

The best people for service, either fire or food. their the best

I love this place

I could be wrong, but I think the weather station that represents Willits weather is at the station in this redwood canyon. The temperature here is a lot lower than elsewhere around Willits. It can be a real relief from the heat!

They are prompt at serving our district!!!

Bedside manner is atrocious, especially coming from the chief. I get long hours and bad pay but if it's that horrible then find another job and quit making everybody else suffer your wrath. My nephew (a minor) was extremely upset by the way he the chief himself spoke to me and treated me, highly unprofessional, rude, and downright wrong.
