Been coming here for years, never have had a bad interaction with any of the staff. Doctors and assistants have always been great. We unfortunately had to put our old pup down a few weeks ago; they were very helpful in his final treatment and very sympathetic, and made the whole process a bit better. 😢 Even when we had to put our old cat Bo down a few years ago, same respect. Thank you.

Our pets have always received excellent care here.

A big thank you to all the staff and Dr. Kessler for making my best little furry friend all well so I could bring her back home with me. Everyone was so nice and the clinic was so clean. Thanks so much!

Update: wow what a great vet! Our dog had a strange growth that every other vet ignored. Went here once and she quoted a very fair price to have removed. Procedure went smoothly, staff really nice and caring. We left our dog's leash there and on a return checkup they had it waiting in a bag with his name on, what service! Best vet experience ever!
Previous review: Have only used their grooming services so far so can't comment on vet services. Grooming is great! Cut my dogs hair a little too short but otherwise great job and SUPER caring and friendly. Definitely going back.

Very nice vet. Expensive in my opinion, but one of the best around.

We love East Hill! I've been taking my Rottweiler here since I got him. Dr. Chana and her staff are amazing and they really care about your pets. They are compassionate and honest and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my babies.

They are great , we live in Mendocino and these guys were the only place we could get into . They were all very nice and I felt it was not at all overpriced . Our Chihuahua is recovering and we are so thankful for a positive and helpful experience , no place else we called seemed to have any compassion. Thank you to the ladies at East Hill !!

Great staff- I really cant say enough about all of them. Caring , kind, thoughtful and sympathetic when loosing a fur baby. I take my cats and dogs here they love seeing all the ladies. If they didnt like it -I wouldn't take them here. Very clean and they are fast to get you in.

The best!!! Friday morning, my dog got injured pretty bad. Even though the vet didn't open until 8:30, they didn't hesitate to get things started shortly before 8:30. They were very understanding and made sure to maximize services with concideration of my budget. They went above and beyond to accommodate my specific situation and nothing felt procedural. I am so grateful for the genuine care that was provided!!! Thank you!!

I've been from Hollywood to the Redwoods searching for a Vet with a heart of gold. Finally found her in Dr.Kessler! She was patient, compassionate, and a great listener with our dog, and us which is truly rare. The staff is also Awesome!

East Hill cares about both you & your animal! This is by far my favorite veterinary clinic I've taken my animal (dog) to. They treated my dog with such genuine tlc,during a time of emergancy, which really helped me feel more comfortable & at ease knowing I was able to put my trust into there staff members to take care of my dog..Another big plus,(for me at least) I was working with a budget, & they helped me with getting all the important necessities for my dog at that time,while getting what he needed. They're not like most other veterinary clinics that will keep finding more reasons & ways to keep adding to that bill.!

Great vet she's very helpful gives you great details and how to do things at home instead of wadting a trip 3 hours away just for them to tell you could've treated at home. Give 2 wks then not better go to vet a.s.a.p. very polite and understanding good speech and great personality.
