This personal pizza on Christmas Eve, was very special after there was no more dough! Beyond delicious pizza! Love this place just like sitting at home with these folks!! If you haven’t tried this pizza you haven’t ate the best yet!

Good pizza shop takes a little to get your food but it's always good. Was even good the next day too.

Haven't been to Pizza Villa is quite some time. We decided to order pizza last night - DELISH! Back to the good ol' Pizza Villa pizza! Crust was amazing, amount of sauce just right, cheese & spices perfect!

Update:We got a pizza for new years this afternoon, with our second time enjoying their pizza, we can now confirm we will be regulars!

They are currently understaffed so the wait is a bit longer but you can see that are grinding. They also have excellent customer service, and the pizza is very, very good! The parlor looks like a great spot to relax and watch a game. Very much feels like that old time 'pizza parlor'. Will return. Thank you for my pizza tonight!

Still the best pizza west of the Mississippi! I recently ordered their Deluxe pizza. However, it was not until well after I picked it up and returned home, did I notice my order was inaccurate. I called to inform P.V. that my order was inaccurate and was told that they would gladly replace the mistake pizza with what I ordered and paid for. AND would do so faster than my original order if I would consider returning the "mistake" pizza to their restaurant.
While I had stepped away to make the phone call, my family had already begun consuming the pizza! So I called right back, and informed P.V. of what had occurred, and they assured me that they were okay with it and would still fix the issue.
Not only was my pizza remade to order, but they also sent me home with a complimentary 2 liter of soda. Aside from being the best pizza this side of the Mississippi, THAT is good business.
Thank you Pizza Villa for continuing to provide the service and spectacular pizza that you have been known for.

Best locally-owned pizzeria in town .

Pizza is always awesome. The salad bar is very good too. Andy keeps the restaurant super clean & it has great family style dining. And the staff are friendly. Back in 1986 it was my 1st job in Merced while going to college. 30 yrs later it is still my favorite pizza place in town.

If you seriously have a compliant about the food, you are delusional! Sandwiches, pizza, cheesy bread... all so delicious! If you ever go inside, you'll see why the delivery time is an hour- it's always busy! But well worth the wait. I live clear across town and my pizza is always still warm. If you need utensils, you have to ask! Those things cost money 😂 they aren't complimentary! You can go elsewhere if you want fast service and decent pizza. But if you can wait a little longer, I guarantee your freshly made pizza will ALWAYS be perfect.
Not to mention, they've passed the health inspection for over 50 years! Only place in Merced who can say that 😉

Pizza Villa has maintained the quality that Andy always insisted on. Superb pizza. The best pizza in merced by since the 60's when it was downtown on the corner of MLK and 16th. Anyone remember those days.

Pizza Villa now (since reopening) is very similar to PV prior to the reopening. My experience dates from 1980. The pizza is delicious. Hot and fresh as it is made to order. More toppings are now available as are bread sticks and garlic bread and similar all of which is great. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

The new owners are wonderful!! The Pizza is Absolutley Delicious. Thank goodness the recipe is still EXACTLY as it was when Andy was there. Also if you lock your keys in the car, they'll rescue you!! Wink Wink. Thank you.

Today I took the fam to Pizza Villa. I'm a big fan of this place. Grew up eating here. Moved to Clovis years ago and would return every once in a while. I was very sad to hear they went out of business lastt June. I couldn't believe they reopened under new ownership. Pizza is still great! Service was excellent! Beer still the coldest! Looking forward to the next trip for the best pizza I've ever had.

Pizza Villa is one of the top 2 premier destinations for top of the line pizza in Merced. Fresh ingredients and hand tossed dough. I've eaten tons of pizza from everywhere and this place hangs tough, like the NKOTB. Their combo with tomato is good AF!

Pizza Villa is a Merced cuisine. I have enjoyed this spot ever since I first had it as a kid. Andy has kept the menu simple and the taste consistent over the years. Whether you're a local, new Mercedian, or in town for a visit, you'll definitely want to stop here for a slice!
