Keely was so fun to have as my X-ray tech. She made me laugh in a situation that I was nervous about. She took special care with insuring that I wasn't in any pain or uncomfortable in any manner. I wou love to hang out with her on the outside!

To be honest I was very hesitant to go to Western Dental after hearing all the misconceptions about other’s visits to this office. When I finally decided to visit, I was completely shocked. Upon entering the staff at the front desk was very friendly. Yes it might be a long wait when they are busy but the receptionist informed me it would be very busy that day which I was ok about. When I was seen for X-rays, DA. Keely was super chill very friendly and made the entire process a breeze and made me very comfortable. (She is amazing!) When seen by the other dentists, they explained everything making sure I understood the whole process, being very friendly as well and making sure they are able to schedule me working around my busy work schedule. Miss Llisela was great at helping understand payment plans and all paperwork, helping me tremendously in getting my billing settled and also making sure I would be able to get everything done promptly before the holidays. I would definitely recommend this Western Dental Office because of their staff and amazing dentists!

I brought my daughter to western dental in olive ave in Merced and Llisela and Keely were very nice and helpful, also very energetic and welcoming I definitely coming back.

It was fine but they couldn’t help me my sons tooth was fractured he needed a root canal.

Llisela was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I was quite nervous about the cost of treatment but when I left I was at ease thanks to Llisela.

Dr. Gill did a fantastic job on my fillings. He is a very patient man and very skilled. His assistant was very knowledgeable with a warm presence. I recommend their office.

I always have a negative experience with the dentist office but this was way different. Nancy went above and beyond to help make sure my daughter can get braces and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much Nancy for all your help

Im going to be honest 7 years ago when i went it was a horror story today was not the case of that, i was greeted by nice and helpful staff as well as being helped by what i would say as highly educated and understanding people keely and lisela helped me from beginning to end with the utmost info and a plan of action for my dental care. They were gleeful and happy from start to finish with me and made my visit enjoyable from the moment i was in they're office, the doctors were also quick and helpful with telling me what i need as well as getting me in and out, thank you again to keely and lisela as well as the doctors here for completly changing my view of this dentist office, thank you

I was thankful to have the help of Yernard. He explained my gum care with a clarity that no one else had before! He also was so respectful, practical and supportive in helping me care for my teeth and gums. I would recommend him to anyone!
