Couple weeks ago I brought a watch. Cashier Kathy was amazing and very good at her job. So nice to me and my mother and should be a Manger. She know how to serve the people.

This store is always clean, the employees are usually friendly & helpful! I came here to get baby clothes for my cousins baby shower & did not leave disappointed! The quality of their clothes can’t be beat & they have a wonderful baby selection. They tend to have sales often & coupons in-store & online to save money! I bought Got all of this 50% off & used (2) $10 off coupon which made the total be $2.13, no joke. This is one of my favorite stores to shop at year round.

Just had to use the potty it was great, clean, but the walk was a long one but closer than other potty on the mall. Need a potty in the middle of the mall.

Went right in and found what I was looking for. Went right up to pay and was out with in 20 minutes. So cool!

AMAZING! Olivia is the best! She really took her time to figure out exactly what I wanted, even though I wasn't really sure.. they had an appt last minute for me and took my plain, frustrating hair and made it beautiful! Thanks so much!

Great customer service at the jewelry department. My wife is a size 6 regularly but in differently made jewelry we found out she's also a size 7 it really helps when customer service cares about customers. My wife was ready to walk off upset but thanks to the GREAT customer service the gentleman asked her if she'd like to try it on...AND IT FITS PERFECTLY! DEFINITELY GETTING MORE JEWELRY HERE...IN FACT THIS IS MY STORE TO GO TO FROM NOW ON...with both items under a lifetime warranty you know WE'RE HAPPY.

JCPenny Beauty replaced Sephora....After walking in and noticing a huge change, I walked up to the Beauty Consultant Manager and asked if she could help me figure out a new line of products to replace what I was use to getting. Hook me up is just what she did!! She asked for my budget...showed me products...in other words...she took time with me. Customer service she displayed was an A+. I walked out with a Covergirl line.. Foundation: Covergirl +Olay, Simply Ageless and a Pressed Powder: Covergirl Clean Fresh
Total tab under$35.
Ladies in this time and age, price and quality does make a difference. I will definitely go back..

Like buying jewelry here. Great picks for great prices to give as Christmas stocking stuffers to my daughters. Lab created stones that look good and good price so if something gets lost it's no big deal. Girls love it. They also now seem to have a better selection of clothing. Recommend checking it out. Update 7/2023. Good selection of clothing. I like the Liz Claiborne line. My daughter has found pants in the Forever 21 line. Clothing selections have improved. Good prices, great discount coupons. Friendly, friendly sales clerks. I enjoy shopping here in Merced.

A year ago, we purchased a Disney princess ring, with the lifetime care plan. Earlier this week I noticed the top rose was loose, and then Kathy noticed that the ring was also missing a diamond. Well, if the ring can be repaired, it will all be done at no extra cost to me. If it cannot, I have 2 other choices. So far, I'm very happy with their care program and the customer service is top notch!

1st time customer at the JC Penny Salon. Hair washed and cut, I also got my eyebrows and upper lip wax. It was so relaxing and not at all painful. Salon was very clean. Kim took care of me today, she was amazing. I love my new hair cut. I will be coming back soon. Thanks again Kim.

I just got my eyebrows done and the woman who did them did such a great job! She was very friendly and sweet. Definitely going back!

Good deals and the lady at checkout went out of her way to get me the best deal and price and was extremely friendly and helpful

My wife who has been going to the Merced Salon has nothing but high praise for their staff. She is most appreciative and cannot be any happier with Maria who has been doing her hair for over a year. She will even wait and only schedule with her as much as possible.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the salon. I didn't have to wait to get my hair cut by Yvonne and she did a great job. She asked me how I wanted it and did it. I'm definitely going back to her again.
