I loved Tracy there. I called him a week in advance to discuss what I wanted and it already had my mind made up by the time I got there. I knew exactly what I want because Tracy took the time to answer my questions over the phone. He's very knowledgeable and will honestly tell you what his experience has been with a product instead of trying to upsell you. He would rather be honest and give you what you need than try to make an extra dollar off you. That is customer service that thinks ahead of the game. I will be picking up my camper shell and bed rug in roughly 3 weeks :-)

I stopped in cold with a camper shell problem. Tracy made a hole for me in the store schedule. When I came back, his tech fixed my problem in 10 minutes. When I asked 'how much?' he said 'forget it.' Guess where I'll be going to buy anything I need for my pickup in the future?
