I have known Annissa for almost 20 years, we actually worked together as insurance agents years ago and have remained good friends ever since. She is SO friendly, knowledgeable and always takes care of her customers (myself included). Very proud of all she has done accomplished and the work she does for the local community. 10/10 recommend!

Excellent customer service! Annissa is incredible knowledgeable with her polices and what they entail, I have a life insurance policy and she insured I was getting the best policy that I was allowed, exploring the best options. I know if I have a question I can call her, as she gives out her cell phone number to her customers. You can't go wrong with Annissa and her agency for all your insurance needs.

Long story short, I needed to find home insurance because my company cancelled on me stating that my home was too much of a "high risk" for coverage because I made 2 completely different claims within a year. I contacted my agent at that time for help but all he said was that he would look into it. 2 months went by and nothing. No effort. So then I searched the internet for multiple quotes and even went to a few agencies locally in town and nothing. Nobody wanted to help or their companies chose to deny my application. Well hold and behold, Nereida and Anissa at Farmers insurance went above and beyond for me and fought hard to find me a company. If you want loyalty and dedication, contact them. Very well worth the time and money. Nobody else like them around that truly is passionate and cares about their customers. This is the start of a wonderful friendship.

Fast reliable customer service. I have been a member for years and they helped me file claims quickly and are always available to help me add a new car remover or answer questions.
