Exquisite! I mean who likes to go to the dentist? Not me...I have an internal meltdown every time I go because of terrible dentists I experienced when I was younger. However, had I known about Dr. Sheu before those other dentists I wouldn’t have a fear of the dentist. He is extremely patient. His ‘down to earth’ way of building rapport puts me at ease. He tells me exactly what’s going on. He checks to see how I feel before proceeding and through out the procedure. He listens to and addressed my concerns. He is really funny and I recommend him over any dentist.

Staff is friendly and we’ve been coming here for a while now, but today’s visit of waiting over 30 minutes for an appt that we made 2 months ago was too long considering we showed up 15 minutes early. What’s worse is the receptionist never once said “I’m sorry for the wait, we’ll be with you shortly”....nothing!! This isn’t the first time we’ve waited this long for an appt we were on time for. We won’t be back!
