Update: Jered, was very professional, he even showed up a little early. And he apologized for the other driver who stopped by the other day. I heard the vehicle pull up, since this is a small rural town which is very quiet.

I rang our doorbell once for him, and he said, "Yep, it works." :)

He told me that he will be our regular delivery driver from now on, except during Christmas then you get whoever is available!

So initially I gave them 1 star but Jered easily turned FedEx back into a 5 - Thank you!

Initial review: My home office is adjacent to our front door. On the package in big permanent marker it says "PLEASE RING DOORBELL" the delivery driver did in fact ring our doorbell but then without warning he started banging on our storm-door. It startled my wife, and frustrated me. I immediately got up, left the office and opened our front door and the storm door. Then I said to the delivery driver, it says "Please ring doorbell" after you did that there was no reason to bang on our door. Without apologizing he told me "sometimes the doorbell doesn't work." Ours does I told him. Again, no apology. He handed me the box which was actually split open on the top, luckily the merchandise wasn't damaged. I signed my name. And now as I'm closing our door he says to me "What is your last name?" I said, it's listed on your device, I just signed it. He says; "I can't read that." He told me that without even looking at it, so I verbally told him what our last name is. But overall this is a poor way to do business. This is someone who was unapologetic, they don't listen and since something has happened to them in the past they treat everyone like it could potentially be the same again. I might not have minded the knocking if there was a pause, but since it was done at the exact same time without waiting it just comes off as impatient. And I know the delivery driver has a job to do. But he would have been faster and more efficient without annoying the people who he is trying to help!

Love this company! The people are great and, the atmosphere is always welcoming and dedicated to delivering and serving only the best performances for their Customers. Very lucky to be part of such an awesome Company and, a great team that’s driven and hard working.

First time to their Vineyard, UT location. Some employee actually saw me in the parking lot, I must have looked lost, asked me if I was picking up a package and escorted me inside. He went and got someone to help me and they very kindly found my package and sent me on my way. They were awesome.

Huge huge huge shout out to fed ex driver Jacob Gray..After calling customer service 800 # and them telling me there was nothing they could do about the wrong addressed packages on half of my order from home depot... yes they put wrong address on half the order. Home depot telling me I had to dispute the charge with my bank...I tried to find the address on the order which didnt exist in that city I stalked the poor fedex driver, explained the situation, showed my ID tracking numbers etc... he released the packages to me. Please please give that man a raise,, he has to deal with crazy and I'm sure irate out of control customers...

I was able to go here to pick up a package after they left a door tag. They were open late so it was easy to pick it up on my time without having to wait for the next day.
Had to push a button to be let in, the workers offered water, tea, hot chocolate while they went back to pick through the truck to get my package. They came out soon after giving them the door tag with my package. Very professional and very kind. Thank you!

The customer service I have received from FedEx has been absolutely above and beyond what I expected. I had two separate problems, one of which was even my fault, occur over two different days, and they were so helpful getting things resolved to ensure I received my packages. Abe was the mail carrier, and he was absolutely amazing. He definitely had to go out of his way to help me out, and it totally made me feel like a valued customer.

Went there on a Saturday to try to pick up two packages that were scheduled to be delivered Monday. The people working there were all very friendly and helpful, and they got the job done quickly. They even helped us carry the packages out and load them into our car, as they were pretty large. I wouldn't hesitate to do a pickup at this location again.

The FedEx facility located at 526 E 1750 N Vineyard, UT was incredibly helpful and friendly. The office staff went above and beyond to help me locate some packages that were incorrectly addressed. The manager came out and thanked me personally for using FedEx. These employees, specifically at this FedEx location, should be acknowledged for their exemplary customer service.

I'm not sure why so many people have given bad reviews here. FedEx customer service was completely unhelpful and truthfully, dishonest. They told me they didn't know anything and then after more pushing they told me "the terminal at the loading location wasn't working" so it couldn't be delivered. In reality when I went home I found out that my apartment complex had shut down all the entrances so they could get the hallways cleaned. This is why the package couldn't be deliver (it was pretty large).

After getting frustrated with the lack of help I checked this location and I read that you could go down and speak to someone in person, which I did. Because of the reviews I was apprehensive about how much help I'd actually get. However, Robert greeted me and was extremely helpful and friendly. I was able to get the package within the hour. I don't know if this location is truly meant for this but they sure went above and beyond if not.

The folks at this facility are really good at what they do. They buzz you in. Help you with your preaddressed package. Remind you to take a picture of the tracking number. They are fast without making you feel like they're trying to get away from you.

A great place to work. They have great benefits and great pay. College reimbursement, health benefits after 90 days, and they give you plenty of hours.
