The front desk lady, Adriana, was very empathetic and sympathetic when finding a solution for my son's pain in referrals to be seen by a specialist asap. Being that I felt so helpless, Adriana helped take some of my stress away in one step closer in the process of getting my son seen faster. Thank you, Adriana.

All the staff is caring and considerate and care about your health like you are a family member, sure they take a while if you do a walk-in but what place doesn't ? Make a schedule appointment. 👍👍👍👍👍

First of all i just want to say this place is deceiving. Ive been a nurse for 11 years and ive worked with many doctors so i can spot a good one like a pro now. I am very thorough and i expect my doctor to be as well. This doctor is awesome !!!

Decent if you make an appointment.

Word of advice, if you are looking to be seen, always schedule an appointment. You'll wait forever if you don't. They take walk ins from 8 am to 10 am, so plan to schedule your appointment around 11 am if you want to be seen quickly. The staff there are obviously over-worked which can lead to forgetfulness, however we have to remember that they only have like 5 employees for an office that sees more than 20 people a day (estimate). Once seen by the doctor, they listened to my concerns and answered my questions and referred me to the applicable places to get tested. They prescribed me 2 things, an anti inflammatory which never made it to the pharmacy (they were very swamped that day and it's partly my fault for not following up when I found out it wasn't at the pharmacy, but I did take some over the counter stuff) but the second one did. From the looks of things, they have some outdated and overused equipment which could add to the wait time. All in all, for what they can provide they do a wonderful job. They deserve more recognition then people give them credit for. They're working in a low income area where a large portion of the population is on government medical insurance (medi-cal) and they don't receive all that much from that.

It"s a clinic. I"ve seen worse. The doctor was very caring. There were a lot of people waiting, reading the reviews on here it seems like people want world class service and treatment for nothing. If you don't like it, get a better job and better insurance. I hit hard times recently, so I know I have to take what I can get. Stop whining.

Wait time is long everytime 2.5 hrs to 4hrs no walk ins after 12 noon. However the doctor I got was very professional and really nice and helped me when I was very ill. Building didn't look the best but staff seems very nice.

At first I thought this place was okay but having ny own appointment gave me a different opinion. I came in for some back and hip pain I felt like they didn't really care. The doctor asked a few questions but wasn't really ingaged . I felt like she was rushing to get my paperwork in and out . She had me get x rays. I never received a call for results until I called myself . The second time I called almost as soon as they opened and nobody picked up. I called at least 3 times still no answer . Not to mention messages were full. I'd rather pay $50 for a family physician that will actually take their time helping my injuries

Well, my 9:30 appt, and it's 10:45. Lol I'm grossed out. People coughing into their hands and touching things. Omg, the bathroom is nasty. Graffiti, urine, no paper towels. It stinks in here. This is bad. Ended up walking out after 2 hour wait.

The medical assistants denies second opinions on referrals to change specialist. They lied about GI specialist claims you don't need referral from primary doctors. Doctor refuse to prescribe me prenatals and I was 5 months at the time. Overall no help what so ever. They were quick to get me out the door instead of any help. I wouldn't recommend this place not even on my worse enemy. 😑

the worst doctor I've ever encountered. Very egotistical. Doesn't introduce himself and doesn't let you talk. Very unprofessional! Had the door wide open so everyone can hear our private convo. This place use to be decent. But with this new doc its gone to hell. Except the nurses. They are hard workers.. I've been working on myself for 3 years there but with that doc its gone now. Time to find a new doc. Filing official complaint for his misconduct.

I didn't even have to go in to know this place isn't that great. It was assigned as my primary and I called to make an appointment and the lady was yelling in my ear (felt like it was on speaker phone but wasn't) and when I spoke clearly (I work customer service) she yelled that she couldn't hear me. Definitely changing my primary after that. Also they don't make appointments after 3pm and I couldn't call until after 3 so -.-

Horrible doctor and staff members. They are all uncaring. I went to the doctor and was prescribed medicine; they never called my pharmacist, i had to call them 4 times, which they hanged up and didn't call me back as they said they would. Basically, I had to wait 3 weeks to get my medicine. They only had excuses. Wait time is ridiculous, i went back to see my x-ray results, i had to wait 3 hours to go inside and they didn't have my x-rays ready so i had to wait even more for them to get it faced AGAIN, since they are so disorganized. At that time, I also got "Referred" to an orthopedic, which that doctor said would call me, to make an appointment. So i left confused. No one in there cares if you understand or not. I went home waiting for a phone call, no one called. I waited 2 weeks, got fed up, and called them back to ask for the orthopedics # that I was referred to myself so that I can call. Lady on the phone said that the "referral girl" will be here Monday and that she is the only one who can tell me. Isn't it in my files? Overall, horrible, horrible, place. Doctor is quick to leave, and doesn't give details/explanations until you ask, consistently ask.
