I called about a poor neighbor dog cuz he's abused, neglected, left in a 5th wheel when its 80° out and is bald from his neck down. The man asked "what I wanted him to do?"-I replied "to save the dog"-he then preceded to ask "if I wanted him to do a welfare check"-I said"Yes Please" & as far as I can tell-'Nobodys been out to check on the poor doggy':-(
He is still left inside when its hot out & left from morning til late late at nite. I Feel So Bad for the Doggy:-(But Do Worry Cuz I'm Gonna Bother Them AGAIN until SomeThing Happens :-)
