Every time! So patient. So helpful. Tanya, if you’re reading this, you are always a pleasant person to be around. She is so patient and professional. She was able to cut my poster to the exact size (21.5”) which is not on their website.
The other people here, Jacob, Juan, Mary, and Autumn Are all wonderful people with excellent customer service skills!! This review was based off of all my times I’ve been here, which is many. Cheers to exemplary work! -Jonathan

I usually have no clue what I'm doing when I come here in the printing department and they always are so helpful and if you buy your ink cartridges here with it 180 days and you return them you get to Dollar credit it's going to change to more this new year

I need to give you people a gushing review. You met my need today when one of your competitors was not even open. The checkout clerk was extraordinarily helpful in finding what I needed. She did not merely run the checkout station, she understood my somewhat unusual technical question. I wish I caught her name, it was commendable.

I love our Merced Staples! One of my favorite stores in town. Office supplies are the best. The printing counter rocks and the employees here are always super nice and helpful.

Printing market is very convenient and the service staff are very enthusiastic. Highly recommended.

WOW! I'm so grateful DJ was working when I went in today. I only went in for a desk chair. But I left with a chair and a new desk. I even purchased the protection plan and I never buy those. DJ was very informative and well versed in all products. Because of my amazing experience with DJ, I will always shop there and tell everybody I know that that's the place to go for amazing products and amazing service.

Great customer service 👏👌👍 I am a senior and not technically talented as our younger generation and needed to print my tax forms from my phone. All the staff was wonderful and supportive, especially when I had trouble. Kind, respectful, and helpful while not making you feel totally incompetent. George in the printing department is extremely helpful and printed/laminated our project faster than shown online. When we picked up the order, he answered our questions patiently and had everything well organized.

Found everything I needed in store, and the manager helped me put pickup order desk in my vehicle.

Came to print out pages for school and asked an employee for help and they were very nice to help me when I asked for assistance to make sure I was printing out what I needed correctly.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Used printing station loved that they had supplies available to use (tape scissors hole puncher etc) didn't make me feel rushed (was there for over an hour) i will recommend

Had a perfectly good experience shopping here for an office chair. The place is a bit understaffed (took a while to get any attention) but they were helpful and even carried my chair out to the car. Friendly, as to be expected here!
