Opened a few new accounts here today and had a great experience. Loy, Vicky, and Jessica were incredibly kind and helpful. I look forward to working with this bank.

I'm giving a FIVE STAR based on our banker Randall A. ...today he helped us OPEN a few new accounts with Chase Bank..We're NEW customers to Chase. Because of his EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS..And knowledge, we were able to complete everything we went in there for, and then some .Please acknowledge Randall Chase Bank..it's HARD to find EXCELLENT SERVICE like this. Very kind, understanding, compassionate, and he treated us like we were welcomed..Thank you again Randall..Hope you get a HUGE BONUS for your EXCELLENT WORK. And it was a tidious process, and he still smiled the WHOLE ENTIRE TIME..

Today is 6-27-23 and I got to work with Victoria Garcia..She was EXCELLENT.. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. She helped me when all three Modesto branches wouldn't..Thank you kindly Victoria..now that's EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE...I HOPE THIS BRANCH RECOGNIZE HER FOR HER SERVICE..IT TAKES GREAT WORKERS TO MAKE A BUSINESS THRIVE..And she's was EXCELLENT..TGANK YOU KINDLY..

These 5 stars are specifically for Randall A. and Tammie F., Customer Service Reps at the Merced branch. Their extra effort and care took a nightmare situation (caused by Chase at the National level btw) and turned it into a success story. I cannot thank them enough. I felt heard, understood and cared for by these two. They are the epitome of what customer service should look like. A rare commodity these days.

Friendly helpful workers. A person was helping customers in line to see if she could help them use the new inside atm 🏧 which gave more cash than the exterior machines.

Great experience. I caught the branch manager, George moping the floor where someone had had an accident. Willing to serve, even as the boss. Tammy was extremely helpful and professional, along with George, and Victoria too. We went in when our account was compromised, and they helped us.

Chase bank was incredibly outstanding in helping me! I had to handle power attorney for my ill mother. I had many hurdles to make this happen and they went over and beyond to help!! I'm so grateful and very appreciate for all their help!! Big thanks to Wesley & Victoria you guys rock!!!!!!👍🏼😀

Line was short. Plenty of tellers working. Everyone was friendly and cordial.

Had my truck financed through them. They gave me a low interest rate that made my payment low. The tellers are friendly and it's not to crowded
