I just wanted to give a huge shout out to everyone in Willits Post Office especially to Postmaster Scott Butler. I had a problem with my mail and even after multiple calls and emails to USPS no one was willing to help me. It was extremely frustrating. I finally went back to the Willits Post Office and explained the issue and they looked into it. Postmaster Scott Butler came out and assisted me himself. He did everything that he could to resolve my problem. I just want to express my gratitude to him and his whole team. It felt good to finally be heard and understood about my concern. I feel that we usually just complain and dont thank them enough for the hard work that they do. Once again, to everyone there at the Willits Post Office, Thank you for all that you do.

Efficient, courteous counter staff, and love our mail delivery people. They go out of their way to be helpful. Love our small town postal crew.

Very helpful! Great customer service inside and out!!! One of my packages didn't get delivered and who I'm guessing is the post master came and chased the delivery truck down and brought my package back to me. Don't think you could ask for better service!!
