We live in a 100-year-old home, and we are trying to keep it as authentic as possible. They were very patient with me; they gave me lots of options & provided a very good installation. Ben & Jessica were very helpful and work together great as a team. Ben provided constant contact during the process and even after the installation. I would highly recommend United flooring, great quality, fantastic service and installation.

From selecting our tile to the installation, this was the BEST experience! The staff and crew were friendly, professional, and fun to work with. Their expertise in materials transformed our project from a simple remodel to the creation of a spa-like bathroom. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Ben the sales representative is excellent !!!! He was very patient with me asking so many questions. He also pointed out the difference between nylon or polyester carpet , also the difference between the different pads. United Floor Covering has a good selection of carpet and a good price. Ben was especially helpful and patient while I selected the carpet and pad. The installation crew arrived on time and worked all day to install my carpet. They did a good job, were respectful of my house and left me with some extra pieces of carpet for the garage.

We needed to match vinyl plank flooring to real wood flooring. Dave did a great job and you can't tell the difference. The installers were extremely professional and nice to work with.

Recently had hardwood floors installed in two rooms. Linny, Joe and a gentleman called Uncle Dave did the job. They were very hardworking and professional. United made my flooring issues disappear. Adrianne instantly greeted me with an enthusiastic and helpful demeanor. Hesitant to find the right carpet, my worries quickly faded after I walked onto the showroom floor. I knew I was in the right place. After Adrianne assisted me with color and feel preference’s I found the right product for my floor. The memory foam padding feels exceptional whenever I step into the room. Installation was scheduled less than a week after the purchase date and was completed in less than 3 hours on the date of installation. All-in-all, United is the best option for flooring within our community of Merced County.

I was given ample support when picking out a product for our floors and my positive experience continued when Dave, the store owner, assisted us with taking measurements & providing a bid. The bid provided for our job and the readiness to start our project was by far the best in the area - including options in the Bay Area and those near Sacramento. This also rang true with the other larger box stores in the area. Their bid for product and readiness to start work did not compete with what was offered by United.

The teams’ response to us was always consistent and done with an excellent level of customer service. We had a job that lasted several, long weeks but you wouldn’t have known as the installation crew provided diligent work effort. The guys who helping with the demo and installation, including Joey, Andrew and Nate are kind, courteous and hard working.

I was overly impressed with the service from Aden on the sales team, the care from Carey and Dave the owners and the team that installed the carpet. The quality of flooring and carpet was affordable and looks fantastic! I ordered floor rugs that cut and sewn in their facility. The rugs are custom and are prefect accent in the my rooms. I have lived in my home for 36 years and United Floor Covering has installed every carpet remodel. The latest was a master bedroom remodel. As usual Dave Thomas helped us from carpet choice to finished installation. We couldn't be happier. The installers were very professional and did a beautiful job.

We had tile issues in our new home (new construction) that needed to be assessed and repaired. The builder came out and took a look. However, due to a backlog, it would have been months before they could do any repairs. Since a major section of tiles was in a high-traffic area, we needed to get that repaired sooner rather than later.

I called United Floor Covering of Merced in the morning, and they were able to send an estimator over that afternoon. Evan came over and took a look at the area in question and was able to provide a quote for us. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The tiles that were used in the home were no longer being manufactured. Since I only had one opened box of tiles leftover from the construction, Adrianne, Operations Manager, was able to secure a second box of tiles for us in the event that we needed more tiles.

Since grout needed to be ordered prior to the repair date, Evan went out of his way to leave the grout samples for us at the house. And, stopped by again to retrieve the samples when we were finished. He made the entire process easy and seamless. Evan kept us updated on any changes and was always in communication with us. Both Adrianne and Evan were super professional and easy to work with. They went above and beyond with customer service!

The installers were professional and did a great job. They kept the area clean and were able to finish the job on time.

They installed the most beautiful hardwood floors on my new home I just purchased. The workers were absolutely professional and when they ran into any issues they explained it and came up with solutions. The office was always in communication with me in regards to everything about the product and installation. I'm sure I drove them nuts with all my questions. Showed up on time and was pleased they would travel to Mariposa. Pleasant showroom experience, they took me to best product to suit our needs and was able to quickly select some color choices. Install was professional, crew was clean, polite and efficient. They moved furniture and treated it gently both in moving it out and back in again. Very pleased with the final appearance and quality of install as we have a unique curved edge carpet that was tricky to navigate. Will definitely purchase from them again!

We love the hardwood and carpeting we purchased from Carpet One. The hardwood has held up to a 100 pound lab and still looks gorgeous. The carpet is soft and well padded. I wasn’t sure what to install In our home, and Dave understood the look I wanted. He led me to all the right products. I would definitely go back to them for all of my flooring needs.
