I give them a 50 star rating. I am so impressed by the service given. Tim, the owner, sent his nephew, Cisco, outside of normal business hours to deliver a much needed bed, wheelchair and other equipment and loaded items into a four wheel drive truck that could go up my parent’s drive, set up all items and educated my parents. This has been a game changer for my folks.

Previously Tim’s team had also delivered oxygen to my parents very challenging address down a dirt road and up a long winding drive. I hadn’t heard until quite a bit later that a tow truck had to come pull them out.

This is a very kind and knowledgeable team. Real people recognizing how they can help make difficult times less difficult. The entire crew is top rate, from the front desk on. Great communication given as far as insurance authorization and so much more.

They are being very careful with the virus. The lady came out to find out what we needed and went back in to get it. There curbside phone number wasn't working so she personally came out to wait on every person. Very good customer service.

The staff at Merced medical supply is very polite and friendly in there to help when I visit there a lot of situation I had with my sleep app Mass they went all up their way to help me to recover another piece to go to it they didn't have to do that but they did the staff is awesome I get them 10 thumbs up but greatness

Getting a specialist visit, diagnosis and prescription were so tedious. but when it came time to get it, it was a breeze thanks to the staff at Merced Medical Supply. their advice also helped me pick a mask that dramatically improved my sleep comfort. now I can read before I got to sleep as opposed to staring at the back side of a piece of plastic running from my nose to forehead.

Got a nebulizer for my daughter. I was shown how to use the machine and recieved it quick. Great cuatomer service. They didnt make me feel like it was a bother to give me time to show me how to use it.

It's a small place but if they don't have what you need they can order it. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly and the rental price for a hospital bed was very reasonable.

Great place to work with for medical supplies. We were there to inquire about Medicare covered wheelchair options. They did a good job explaining the paperwork.
