John and Jay for any diagnosis and repairs. John is the best auto mechanic in central valley. He has tremendous experience with autos
of all kinds. He will spot the trouble quickly and suggest you an honest fix. His charges are very reasonable. His shop has a great character.

The guys at the shop are very knowledgeable and always go out of their way to to make every customer happy. Although they specialize in foreign cars, they can still fix just about anything on wheels. They help me with my '93 GMC truck all the time. UPDATE: It's my understanding that the city of Merced has wanted the property where Bob's Foreign Auto sets for a long time. They have continually harassed the owner. Bringing in Code Enforcement, the Fire Marshall and city Inspectors. Making up bogus violations and imposing ridiculous fines that the owner couldn't afford to pay. Now the City has forced them to close their doors and are making them vacate the building. They stoled all the cars that were in the storage yard, having City Towing take all the vehicles to their yard. Because of the unpaid fines, the City has declared that they now own over half interest in the property. They are using their unchecked power to STEAL a property worth well over a million dollars. May they all rot in hell!!!

Everytime, I thought my car was gonna give up the ghost, John and Jay always ressurected it. I was able to keep that car beyond its time. They were always simple fixes and John never tried to take advantage of my situation. I love John and Jay .the most honest and generous people I know. Thank you for all you've done for me.

Love how fast and how eager they are do get the job done and help you get the best customer service. These guys are very smart and know foreign cars down to the T . I will run back with no second thought the next time I need work on my Mercedes

We were 2000 miles from home and just left Yosemite leaking diesel. We got a hotel room in Merced and the next morning our car wouldn't crank. We took it to the Volkswagen place and left it with them for a day and a half and they never looked at it. Brought it that day to Bob's and they worked on it all day and even stayed late to finish it. They rebuilt our fuel injector pump for a very fair rate. We could not be happier with them. We highly recommend them! ★★★★★
