My experience here has been great despite being sick and still in the hospital. The staff, including Tasha, Mercy, Harpreet, Danielle, Cassie, Dare, Sally, Panfoua, Manpreet, and Lupe on the 5th floor after surgery, are amazing. They go above and beyond to ensure patients feel their best and are genuinely concerned about our well-being. They deserve immense respect and recognition for their exceptional care and dedication.

My daughter was in 5 floor room 16 and let me tell you this people are amazing thanks for all the care. D attention to my china thanks god bless all and please keep up whit the great job .happy holidays..she was there from 12/10/23 to 12/14/23 thanks !!!!!!🌹🌹💐💐🌺🌸🌷🌷

Mercy hospital is a very nice looking hospital and there chapel is a great addition. I came here with family to visit my mother inlaw she was getting surgery done. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything went well they did an awesome job on taking care of my mother inlaw... THANKYOU! Keep up the good work...

I went to Mercy medical center Merced back in April 2022. For chest pains, (I had a heart attack back in Feb 2012 have 3 stents in my heart) I am from santa Cruz and I go to Dominican hospital for all my health care, the times I visited Dominicans ER for chest pains I am emeditily admitted and numerous tests are done.
My 2 experiences at Mercy Merced was absolutely terrible.
I arrived by ambulance around 830 pm. I Was working with a young Hispanic RN. I suffer from severe insomnia and he administering medication to help me sleep. I dozed off around 400am the last thing he told me was I possibly had some kind of infection. I awoke around 600am
(At this point I had not seen a medical doctor) now it is shift change and I am approached by
A another Young Hispanic RN.
And he says congratulations Mr homen. Your heart checks out fine you are up for discharge.
No ekg, no ultrasound, just basic vitals. When I informed him that I had not seen a medical doctor yet, he tryed to tell me that I had.
When I protested he completely ignored me. I was standing in the hallway of the emergency room
Asking were my human kindness was.

Arrived in the ER by ambulance from an auto accident. I was attended to first by a medical assistant (Mercedes) who was very thorough and gracious. Next I was examined by a Nurse Practitioner who was also very knowledgeable and professional. There had been other more emergent patients during my time there and I was treated very well. 5 stars!

The staff were considerate and took care of us promptly. The wait wasn't long, maybe 45 minutes before we were first helped, and about 2 hours from when we entered until we left. However, it could have been 12 hours to no fault of theirs, as that's the way of ER.

Always on arrival the girls greet you and sign you in to your appointment, even thanking you for making it. Very patient, courteous, always with a smile. It's pleasant to come to therapy they make being there nice.

This community is very lucky to have such a nice facility so close to home. The staff are very kind and compassionate. Healthcare is having challenges across the country but the staff and physicians at Mercy keep providing excellent care. My experience exceeded expectations.

Very efficient check in procedure. The lovely woman who took the mammogram films was very efficient and a most delightful person! Thank you for a fine experience.

The actual experience of the iron infusions was great due to the people doing it they were wonderful and pleasant to be around always checking to make sure I was comfortable asking if I needed water, a blanket and even something to eat...🤗

My family and I have always received excellent care at Mercy. Whether it was Dr. Adam doing my wife’s surgery, or Dr. Jain and Dr. Lakireddy checking her heart in the cath lab, or my mother-in-law receiving care from Dr. Bowles in the ED, or me receiving care in the ED on several occasions, staff have been kind, attentive and provided excellent care. The physicians and staff are great.

Fourth time this month with my son Jon. This ER is the best I've ever been to. Fast friendly and efficient. Clean and real people helping real people. Thumbs up 👍

The care I received was outstanding. The nurses were all kind and respectful. I can't thank them enough. I had major back surgery and not feeling great. The nurses came in so nice and always made me feel good. Many of them had an awesome sense of humor which always makes a person feel better. Thank you so very much for all of your dedication. I wish them all the best!!!!!!

I was very pleased with how my nurses treated me during my stay. They always kept me comfortable and informed. In particular Nurses Manjit, Amolly and Ivory.

I was very pleased with the service I received at the hospital. I especially liked the way the administrator took all of the information I had given them and made a decision that was in my best interest rather than the first decision. Since I had a previous more pressing matter going on and they took that into consideration.

The entire care from ER to ICU to the 4th floor telemetry was great especially with Lisette her last day nurse that really helped out with her son art and really appreciated all her help and care for his mom

I received excellent care during my recent brief stay, after having a total hip replacement. Everyone was kind and efficient.
I now have home care through their program and that is also a very positive experience so far.

OR nurse Karen is awesome. She made me feel like I was the only patient there, tho’ she worked with several. Karen was very professional, yet personable. She made sure I understood every single process, and everything that would be done with me on that day. She is very good at what she does and is an asset to that hospital.

Dr. Uppal did a terrific job. I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure.

I’ve had negative experiences with Mercy Hospital in the past, but was amazed with my treatment this time around. It was very very good and well done. Thank you

The preregistration process has consistently been inconsistent. I have experienced a smooth chaos-free process that was quick and easy, but have also experienced the total opposite leaving the preregistration process frustrated, exhausted and not sure I want to return for the procedure. However, each hospital surgical procedure and stay has been pleasant (as much as can be after surgery), by care team and all staff interactions.
