The staff at Soldavi are great to work with. I primarily worked with Florance, she was thorough about the rental process, she gave me estimates of costs to expect, and always got back to me with any questions or concerns that came up. The pricing for repairs needed on the home and appliances were better than what I was able to find when I was calling around.
Florance she is knowledgeable and professional. It was a smooth and easy experience working with her.

So so happy to have gone with Soldavi to help me find a home!! Moving in from out of state was not easy however Armando Diaz and the co-agents really made the process easy. I called Soldavi Realty in September 2020 looking for a realtor to sell my rental property. I spoke to Rachelle Santos and she was willing to meet me on a Saturday within 30 minutes of our conversation to review the property and discuss my options. She was professional, friendly and paid attention to my requested items. Of the 3 agents I contacted that day, she was the only one who followed up with the information and requested options on Monday. She is very responsive and prompt in her communication. The property needed extensive renovation and she managed the project for me—I live 300 miles away. The renovation took about 2 months and it looked great! The house sold for $315K, twice what we would have gotten if I sold for cash as is. We sold it just before Christmas, which was another ask of mine. Armando and the Soldavi team are the best. I both bought and sold my home on downtown Merced with them. Long story short, we wanted to invest in rental properties in Merced, CA, needed a Property Management solution and was recommended Florence as someone we should contact and consider. After a lengthy process of securing our properties and going through our due diligence and interviewing several prospects, we felt Florence was the best fit for our Property Management needs. And it's been nearly a year now with her at the helm of managing our properties, and she has been amazing. She's always available and blazingly responsive and is on top of every aspect of the Property Management role, from property selection and walkthrough, through tenant screening and procurement, to maintenance and issue, to support and supplier contacts, to bookkeeping and record keeping. Kelly helped us sell our home quickly and for more than we had expected. She had professional photography done and lot’s of advertisement before it was listed for sale. We received our first offer within 24 hours of listing the house with her. The weekend after we listed it there were nonstop back to back showings through the house. The lowest offer we received was above asking price and sold for well above asking price. We are very happy and wouldn’t use any other agent. I don’t usually leave lengthy reviews but she went above and beyond.
