Marisol provided excellent customer service. I was about to leave AT&T and jump to the competition (Pink) and she not only provided me with a better plan, I even added another line and another phone including accessories. She listened to my gripe and found the best solution. Let's clone her!

I came in during a busy time and got helped in less than 10 minutes. Our sales rep Carlos was super helpful and thorough with everything! He made the process of upgrading my phone super easy and made sure to check off all the boxes. Definitely wanna use him again in the future!

I’m a hearing impaired customer with an A T &T flip phone that would not take a charge. After getting very little help and no constructive advice from 2 other A T & T stores, Regina was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She solved my phone problem, connected blue tooth to my hearing aides, and qualified me for my military discount.

The customer service that I received from Janet was beyond exemplary. She was articulate & thorough with her answers. Concise, to the point, & extremely friendly. 10/10 would promote her to management

“Oscar C.”, the ATT sales rep at this Merced store, made my upgrade to a new cell phone a pleasurable experience. His personable, yet professional, demeanor is a huge contributor to his ability to connect with people immediately. He wastes no time in fostering an atmosphere of trust, so valuable to us, as consumers.

My phone screen started glitching the night before and no matter what I did, per internet recommendations, it wouldn't work. I went to Merced first because the Los Banos store can't help us. My dad works for att as a lineman and we can only go to a certain type of store. I showed Edwin what happened to my phone and he quickly jumped into action. He showed me all the steps I could do if I wanted to replace my screen or if I wanted a new phone. He not only got me my favorite color phone, he got me accessories to match, and he even got everything to work despite my phone not cooperating and me not remembering
my Apple ID password. Thankfully I had my watch and he magically got my phone to work for the little bit we needed to get everything transferred over. Edwin is AMAZING! I would highly recommend giving him a reward of some type for his amazing customer service. We will be back just to talk to Edwin!!

Been shopping phones here for 15+ years and I just had the best experience last week thanks to Edwin. There was a bit of a wait when I arrived at 6pm and lucky for me to have been assigned with him. He was informative when weighing out if I was to switch phone brands and ended up helping me upgrade 3 phones as well as process transferring all information over. Ended up staying a bit past closing time. He never made me feel rushed at all. Very pleasant to talk with him and we are loving these new phones!

Arrived at 7:00pm on a Wednesday evening. I was helped right away. I was able to add a new phone line, get a new phone, and get a great deal in less than an hour. The employee that helped me was professional, knew her stuff, and made the process easier than I expected. All the employees had a pleasant demeanor and everyone seemed happy to work there, which made the environment very pleasant. Great experience all around.

Much better store than Atwater. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Carlos and Janet are the team members who helped us.

When I need to do anything with my account. This is the location I personally perfer. I usually deal with Sonya there. Reasons being is that she knows my account for some years now and shes an awesome person. Staff here are great.I truly recommend this store.

I had an excellent experience at this AT&T location, we were greeted immediately at the door and didn’t have to wait long before being sat with an employee. Oscar helped us and did an amazing job, very attentive and made sure to explain important details thoroughly. Very friendly and overall great environment. Was also greeted by Dee, who was very friendly and informative as well. Thank you Merced AT&T. You guys are great! I look forward to coming back for future cell phone needs! :)

Justin was very helpful and conversational. He understood our needs and process was very fast and easy. Customer service is a skill that’s hard to teach, you’d have to have a heart as gold as Justin to radiate such trait. My husband and I thank you for all your help. Also the other gentleman who came by and checked on our transaction was also very kind. Staff here is amazing

I literally received the most phenomenal service from AT&T. Without going into long story - and thru no fault of AT&T, their employee KATT has helped me through some issues I was having because of my location with wireless/WiFi. Over a 2 week period, I have reached out to her multiple times and she has been patient, kind and extremely helpful and supportive. I highly recommend using this store - and ask for her! I promise….she’s amazing. Thank you again for just being you.

Robert the area manager and the store manager, along with every team member was helpful and made sure to untangle a technically challenging issue that online headquarters could not fix. Cudos great job Robert! Highly recommended.
