I love love this store. Everyone who works there are very nice.

They got new scents in that smell amazing!! I always love these stores.

My daughter, myself and my grandkids went. There's something for everybody. Our big kid from deodorant candles, waxes everything beautiful. Stir wonderful atmosphere. Nice workers

I don't visit this location very often but after this visit today I can honestly say that this store is solid. I have come over the years and it's generally pretty good. They have a Nice selection of products and the associates here have always been friendly. I came right as they opened and they were so friendly. They didn't pressure me but they got to know me and I them. The sales are appealing, especially during the holidays. The store looked very neat and tidy but also fun and inviting. You really cannot go wrong shopping at this location. It's one of the more appealing places in the mall.

I love bath and body works. The candles are the best. I always and it up to buying something 🤷🏼‍♀

Bath & Body Works is my daughter's favorite store up there in San Jose CA, I came to your store I was very happy that it wasn't that far into the mall that I couldn't walk because of a knee replacement..... I will be back thank you so much for being close to the entrance of the mall !!! I love your store I will be back I love all your fragrances, I bought a bunch of them... I'm going to be excited to use them I use them for me mostly my room my drapes and in my car..... I'll be back for some more candles by the way 💯💜

I have a serious love hate relationship with Bath and Body works!!! I cant get out of this store without them taking at least $70-100!! every.time.

I should give them zero stars until they bring back Forever Red!!! Haha, how dare they.

But in reality, I seriously buy all my shower gels, lotions, air fresheners, car fresheners, candles here!!

During their semi annual sale I buy a TON for random gifts throughout the year. Or I spend at least $100 during their $3.25 or 3.95 sales on their seasonal stuff for Christmas gifts.

They do have coupons that can be used and if you sign up online at the counter the salesperson typically will give you like 20% off after you prove you signed up for their emails.

Love their three wick candles and their fragranced wall plug ins. I occasionally will also purchase their hand soap for the bathrooms and kitchen. Right now they have my favorite scent available, Tis the season. It's seasonal. Enjoy the scent during the holidays. But if you do not like cinnamon, I don't recommend it. Has a tad smell of cinnamon.

I went and spoil myself and daughter with body and hand lotion. I love the product smells good and last long. I usually shop here when they have the simi finals sale. I recommend for everyone.

Ok well how can this establishment be anything less then a 5star? Just can't! Everyone who works here makes the browsing even more pleasant then it already is. Love this place! Hard not to spend spend spend!

They always offer really good coupons via email and post mail. Along with the many lotions, and soaps they offer candles and wall plug ins along with room sprays.

Julie is the best salesperson ever! So much positive energy. And all candles were buy 2 get 2 free❤

Today was a good day to go in there and buy up lotions and soaps they had great discounts and for as many people that were in there they got people through the lines very quickly nice place
