Precision Family Dentistry of North Merced - Andrew Johnson DDS, Roman Anderson DDS

My first visit was today and I am highly impressed. Everyone is very nice. All my questions were answered and the dentist didn’t try and push any procedure on me. He let me choose what fit with my budget. Definitely recommend this dentist office

After years of dreading the dentist I finally summoned the courage to make an appointment and I am so glad I did. When it came time for my first appointment I was greeted by Josie who helped ease my anxiety while educating me on dental hygiene and proper dental care. After my cleaning, Dr. Johnson gave me a care plan which was easy to follow and will be complete after two visits. Patty helped me set up my appointments as well informing me of the balance remaining on my benefits. I am so glad I choose Precision Family Dentistry!

I absolutely love this dentist office and am so grateful to them. Staff is amazing and absolutely does their best to give you a quality service and are super knowledgeable and helpful in regard to navigating your insurance plan and ensure you understand all of your options. It is super apparent the dentist and staff genuinely care about your health and providing you with quality treatment.

Dr. Anderson is a perfectionist who cares about his work. He is friendly and likable and more willing to listen to my preferences than any other dentist. I'm happy to receive dental care from him!

Establishing care in my new neighborhood. The staff was very helpful in getting me an appointment, verifying my insurance and excellent communication. My hygienist was very personable and the dentist addressed my concerns and shared things for me to watch. My visit was topped off with a goodie bag!!!

The staff is very professional and make recommendations based on what they see during the visit. They have always made accommodations for my X-rays and cleanings so I can get in and out during my lunch time. I appreciate this so much! Overall, a great place with great employees. I recommend this to all my coworkers and friends.

My first visit here was already a wonderful experience. Staff were so friendly, professional, and helpful. Patty and Bianca were so kind and patient with me when I had questions. Sara was so wonderful and talked me through the process of everything. I’ve switched from dentist to dentist, but Dr. Johnson has been the best. He was so informative and detailed with my current and future procedures I needed. They are all so amazing and I’ll be sticking with this dentistry for as long as possible :)

This is my first time with Precision Family Dentistry. I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Sarah was very skilled and took the time to explain everything and answer any questions. She was also gentle and made me feel comfortable while she was doing the cleaning.

Took my 3 year old for her first dental visit and the staff was amazing! Decided to bring my daughter in after seeing the good care they provided for other family members. Everyone is very friendly. Their dental hygienist is the sweetest and very very patient. Dr. Johnson is very gentle and explained everything so well. Heather was great as well and their front support are very sweet. I definitely recommend this place and will continue our care here. Thank you so much.

This is THE BEST dental experience that I have ever had. The staff is so friendly, kind and gentle. Each staff person that has worked on me has been so attentive and quick to stop when hit a sensitive area. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs a gentle touch and kind service.

Another very positive experience at Precision Family Dentistry. I am really starting to NOT hate going to the dentist, lol. They are all very nice and actually care about the patients and their dental experience. Met the new dentist today, and he is very nice, attentive and informative. Definitely enjoy the positive experience I always have here.

I have been avoiding the dentist for an embarrassingly long time. I finally had a reason which I couldn’t ignore any longer to come visit and just happened to pick Precision Family Dentistry of North Merced and how lucky am I to stumble upon this office by a random pick! I feel so comfortable here. Josie, the hygienist, educated me every step of the way as she examined me and Dr. Johnson explained his recommended next steps, both of them were super patient, friendly and easy going. The front office staff are super friendly, it almost feels like I’ve known them forever. If you have dental anxiety, I HIGHLY suggest this office!

The office a is wonderful and friendly environment. The front desk is always very helpful, nice, and never fails to give a welcoming smile. The cleaning is always prompt and easy. Doctor Johnson is always very knowledgeable for any questions and did an awesome job when I needed a growing cavity fixed. A true pro at his craft! I would give this establishment 10 stars if I could!

I have always have wonderful experiences with the dentist Andrew Johnson and the staff at the Precision Family Dentistry of North Merced staff. Every time I go there for my appointments, they make me feel comfortable when I enter the office. I am deaf and they always provided me the access to communicate with them with writing notes between me and the dentist and staff. Everyone at the office is always friendly, understanding, welcoming and especially they have a lot of patience with me when we communicate through writing notes because they wanted me to know and aware of what is happening with my teeth, issues, and everything. I really appreciate Andrew and the staff very much that they gave a lot of time to make sure that I understand what is happening during my dentist appointments. I want to say thank you very much for make all of my appointments easier with the communication access that I needed. Thank you!! You and the staff are amazing team.

Amazing staff overall! I love that they are always checking on you and reaches out to you for appointment reminders. Plus all your questions are answered fast when it comes to billing and any questions. The dentist himself is very nice. Sarah who is one of the staff members is so amazing and very detail on information she provide you. She answers all your questions you have. Overall switching dentist office was the best decision (:

Me & my family love Precision Family Dentist the ladies in the front are so kind and try to help you out as best as they could. The Denist has a light hand. Growing up my mom took us to the worst dentist ever, from then on I was terrified of the denist. But when I found PFD which has change names I will never leave. Clean, kind, helpful, sweet. Got my teeth cleaned by the most kindness assistant I want for all of my cleanings 🤞ans the lady's up front I can't say enough of now they make your visit so comfortable even though there explain how much I have to pay. Lol I totally recommend PFD for your next visit. My husband and daughter go here too.
