Very sweet and welcoming staff, from front office, to the back office. Very well informed with great information about my dogs breed. All staff is very caring and would definitely recommend 10/10.

Staff were great and kind, and were able to get my dog in for an appointment within the week. I have a new pup and finding a vet that would accept my animal was harder than I thought, but I was able to schedule an appointment with the Atwater veterinary center. Additionally, this vet is relatively quiet and not as busy as most.

Recently started taking my new puppy Cookie here, and all the ladies are the sweetest! They are so friendly and you can really tell they animals and their jobs.

I like it here and more importantly, Sam likes it here . He goes willingly to the back for whatever treatment and comes back happy. Every question I have has always been answered, the doctors take time with me to help me understand procedures or medications.

We were in a hard place with our pooch. She was in a lot of pain and needed to be seen asap. Our regular vet would not squeeze her in. It’s torture watching your family pet member suffer and not be able to help. Atwater Vet Center worked us in as new clients and were so caring and understanding. They helped make the worst a little less awful with their compassion. This is now our regular vet. We live this place!

My cats LOVE Dr Lawson. She always first calms my pets, and I can tell they feel loved and cared for. On top of that, she is an excellent doctor. I feel safe knowing they are in good hands, great hands actually. The receptionists are friendly and the rest of the staff is too. Atwater pet clinic gets five stars! 👍🏽

Such friendly staff. We felt confident they gave Tigger the care she deserved. Her surgery healed well and she’s back to her playful self.

I was visiting family in Merced when my beloved 14-year-old pooch's health took a turn for the worse. She had been sick for two years, so this wasn't unexpected, but it was still incredibly difficult for me. The one bright spot was that Atwater Veterinary Center offered us quick and very compassionate care. They were able to book an emergency appointment, and I brought my dog in mere minutes after getting off the phone. Unfortunately, my dog needed to be euthanized, and all of the staff were so empathetic and gave me as much time as I needed with my dog. I wish I remembered the names of the staff so I could thank them. If I lived in the area, Atwater Veterinary would definitely be my go-to vet.

They were able to secure an urgent appointment for my pet on same day. Despite a very busy waiting area, the staff remained friendly, calm and professional.
The doctor's exam was through and informative with excellent communication skills.

Great vet that I take my cat to. I love their beautiful lobby with plants and pet pictures. I love their online presence on Facebook and that they have an app and website. They do home visits as well. I love that they let you go in the room with your baby. The doctors explain and show what is wrong in a detailed way. I love their service.

They got me in right away, got an appointment the following day I called and the staff/vet techs are so kind and very personal so it makes you feel very comfortable in what can be a stressful environment sometimes depending on the circumstances of your visit.

Pricey and hard to get an appointment that's not 2 weeks away. That's because they’re really good at what they do.

I had to come to this office because it was time to have my fur baby cross the rainbow bridge. 😭 Their staff was not only professional but extremely compassionate and loving. They were very respectful of my situation
Kindness goes a long way. They were also the last expensive around
