Western Dental Center: Modi Hiteshkumar DDS

I was there today for x-rays and cleaning. I had to wait for a while, but finally got everything taken care of. Llisela was so helpful and explained everything in detail to me. She was polite and courteous and gave me an appointment for my next procedure.

Over the day February 22, 2024 I was on hold for almost 2 hrs trying to find out if my dentures are back from their facility for sizing. They were sent out 3 weeks ago and I was scheduled to get them back yesterday February 21, 2024.

I went in for my appointment and they told me that my dentures have not been returned yet and they rescheduled me today February 22,2024 and asked me to call before I go in to make sure they arrived. It is now 2:41 pm and I still don't know if I can pick them up or not.

At this time while I'm sitting on hold I wrote this review.

My opinion is that I would like to recommend you find another dentist for all your needs.
