Cold Stone Creamery

My daughter and I came in today and Keziah was very polite and attentive and friendly..also busy she was the only one there. The place is clean. There is seating for 13 people all together. There are 4 seats at 2 different tables and 2 seats at 1 table 3 seats at another. There is a soda machine and a place for yummy ice cream cakes. The tables were clean..the bathroom toliet and sink look dingy green and really old but clean...and the mirror and door have Graffiti..The door can probably get that cleaned up it's carved in the mirror though😒 The toliet paper was very minimal and in the toliet tank. You need a key to go in..for customers only. Over all delicious ice cream! They also have smoothies, shakes, frappes, cookie and brownie creations... and great service! I'll definitely come again!!🍦🍧🎂

I never knew the ice cream was literally made by the workers,it's so tasty and indulgent .I tried the Pumpkin Cake batter.Omgosh@!!!it WAS so yummy,I think my eyes were bigger than my belly bc I barely finished. You must try this place

Great customer service and store is pretty clean and a very comfortable atmosphere, especially “Linda” serve us like we are vip, All workers know how to serve and give customer service to all visitors. They warmly welcome at your entering. I’ve never been to any Cold Stone before, this was my first one and it was a great experience this is one of my favorite places now.

I ordered a Valentine’s cake just today and the girl who made that cake who ever she was did a fantastic job! I always get cakes from there and the are pretty but this cake was just beautiful and I hope who ever made it from Merced cold stone reads this review because girl you are very talented my cake is absolutely beautiful thank you so much!

The kids and I had ice-cream in a cup, was totally awesome, we just sat on main street and people watched. Then jumped on the bus and went home. Great ice-cream great service lots of choices

Always good! It's always cheaper to get a pint though instead of a scoop! Wish they had more options such as Matcha and Red velvet 😍

Always fast service, and they have lines out the door sometimes.

I've become a regular at this place. I've gone there crying on multiple ocasions and have been consoled. The service is amazing and would recommend to everyone.
