JNT fixed my AC issue in my truck in just a few hours. The receptionist was very friendly and professional over the phone as well as in person. The price was more than reasonable which is hard to find these days. I will definitely be giving them more work in the future

If you’re looking for honest work and good old fashion customer service, look no further! John and his team and JNT automotive are by far the best place to take your vehicle for repairs. I looked for many automotive repair shops to help install my steering gear box and no one would help. Then my wife remembered JNT automotive we used years ago. I called up and John’s sweet wife answered the phone and said sure we can do that for you. John is honest, great attitude, and extremely helpful. I now have my new auto repair shop. I recommend JNT over anyone else. I will refer all my friends and family that needs auto repair done to go see John and his amazing team at JNT automotive. Second to no one! So if you’re reading this review. Just make an appointment you won’t be disappointed!!!

Service is amazing! Their work was very fast and very reasonably priced. Joe was super friendly and went above and beyond by picking me up and taking me home since I didn’t have my car they will definitely be my go to in the future!

We have been taking our Toyota here for many years. John is a great owner and they always take care of us. They don’t try to overcharge us or do unnecessary work!

Very appreciative of the Sevice provided by JnT. Even with their workload, Joe and his staff attended to our vehicle and was able to troubleshoot and repair a small problem with the spark plugs that could’ve been a large one and get us back on the road. I’m very glad for stopping here!

Best shop in town as far as I'm concerned. They've taken good care of my Trans AM, and the prices are fair. They've got my business for sure.

This is the place to go!!!! John and his wife are very kind and honest!! My outcome with my car didn't turn out good only because it ended up needing a new engine and financially I can't afford to get one but they went above and beyond to help me. I have already given business cards out to family and friends! I know I'll be back and I'm pretty sure they will be getting new customers!!!

Good work and good family business you can trust, they don't over charge you. Not alot of people you could trust nowadays but they are the few who you can. God bless!

Our car broke down on our way south for Thanksgiving and they figured out what was wrong with the car just by listening to the engine noise and got the parts there within the hour. They fixed the broken thermostat and the housing much quicker than we thought they could. Upon further inspection they realized our timing belt was also very loud. They recommended we get it replaced very soon because it was making a lot of noise. We had been to two mechanics prior to this and none of them told us that the timing belt was in need of a change. After realizing they were being very honest, and not pushy like most mechanics, we decided to get it replaced there. They stayed an extra hour after they closed the day before Thanksgiving and one of the mechanics was late to a family dinner just to help us out. My boyfriend and I had all of our stuff with us and the owner was nice enough to drive us, our stuff and our cat to enterprise to get a car so we could make it home for Thanksgiving. Because it was a holiday they couldn't get the car fixed until the following Monday but promised us that it would be ready and it was. Super friendly guys and honest mechanics which is hard to find these days. Definitely recommend them!

Lol i went went in with 2 expeditions in less then a month and got amazing service from here! They were very honest and did everything in their power to fix anything that was able to be fixed and they did not try to oversell me on one thing that wasn't necessary ❤ I'm so thankful the Libecki's sent me here! I will definitely be back! (Just hopefully not too soon. 🤣)

My brother's van broke down when he drove it from Yosemite to meet us on our trip home from Southern California. Fate was kind as it was almost right in front of this shop. We spoke with John when the shop opened on Monday and he agreed to diagnose the problem. The news was not great as it needed a new engine but he has worked with us to fix it as reasonably as possible since my brother doesn't have a lot of money and it is pretty old but it is important to him. John seemed to understand and we are indeed fortunate that we ended up in front of JNT.

Honest mechanics seem to be a rarity these days. The guys at JNT Automotive are honest and will treat you with respect. I purchased a used Ford Bronco from the owner and he threw in some tune up work on it for free before letting me leave the shop. I have also talked with friends that use JNT, and they all agree that they will take their cars no where else but to these guys.

My mom will only take her car to JNT automotive to get it fixed. John, the owner, has always treated her like she was a member of his family. They are honest and will work with her on payment. If you need your car fixed take it to them, they are the best,

I needed a used car but was afraid to buy one as you always buy someone elses problem. My son found the car I bought at JNT. Very nice and honest. Had a problem a few days later and John. .the owner. .took care of it without question. If I need work done in the future I will be going back.

We are from out of town and our van developed a bad noise. I found JNT on a Google search and saw they had great reviews. I can see why! They diagnosed the problem and replaced the water pump same day. So grateful to have found them! Their labor prices are inline with what I'd pay back home. Except back home it would take 4 days to get it looked at, lol. Seems like a great group of folks. I'd highly recommend them.

I can not say enough good things about this whole shop and everyone who works their. They treat their customers like family and really go the extra mile. I will never take any vehicle i have to another shop. I recommend them to anyone and everyone. Amazing customer service and they do great work!

I broke down in Merced on a road trip from Vegas to Sacramento with my 4 year old. I was tired and cranky and definitely not having the best day. I got towed randomly to jnt, and I'm so grateful that's where I landed! They were kind and honest and went so far out of their way to help me and my daughter. They are clearly good and honest people and I absolutely recommend them!

Highly recommend him , customer service, great over all, I've never seen the owner uptight always with a smile and ready to crack a joke here and there, honesty and ultimate favorite keeps his word.
