Osborne's Expert Appliance Repair

We purchased an upright freezer from an individual. When we got it home it wasn't freezing. I asked Mr Osborne to come out and take a look. I received some very valuable information from Mr Osborne. It could have been damaged when we transported it on its side. He helped me made my decision on what to do now. He was timely, professional and reasonable. Thank you for taking the time to teach me the ins and outs of a freezer. If needed again I have my go to guy.

Osborne's were fast, super friendly and had a lower cost to come out to my house than anyone else! The person that rated them a one has NO IDEA. It is not free for any repair person to drive out to your home and diagnose your issue. Just because an item can't be fixed, it doesn't mean you don't have to pay for their time, their gas, their insurance, their expertise, etc.

He just left my house and has literally been keeping my 30 year old Maytag alive long past her “expiration date”. Not to mention he is a really nice man. I will call him until the day I expire😁

My refrigerator was struggling to stay cool and thanks to Osborns I was saved from needing a costly repair. Came out the same day and got the job done in the time time they said. Would recommend to everyone!

Russell was friendly, fast and fixed our garage freezer. Just what we were looking for. I'll use him again when we have appliance repair needs.

Our washer was not opening, door was stuck on lock. He said it was $158 service fee to come out but would go towards any repairs but if we don’t want him to repair it is the $158. At no time did he tell me it was this plus time. He comes out and tells my husband it’s this plus time and that the pump is bad so he orders the part. My husband paid a deposit. He came out to repair it and then the price changes because he forgot “taxes”. We paid $650 for the repair. And he didn’t even clean up his mess. He may be quick, and even knowledgeable, but his service is lacking and he should really put things in writing.

Had them come out to look at my washer, it took him less than 5 minutes to tell us that it couldn't be fixed and charged us $188. I don't mind paying someone for their time and expertise, but I think $188 is excessive. Two thumbs down.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They do not guarantee their work. Russell came out supposedly fixed my dryer but 2 days later when I went to use it it still had the same problem. Now he will not return my phone calls. Charged me over $300. Being a senior on a limited income I don't have money to throw away. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Paid $100 "service fee" to be told I should buy a new dryer. Didn't even get his hands dirty. I guess if you get paid regardless why do any work at all.

Osburn came out. I loaned him a flashlight . He looked, said get a new one. Total time 5 min. Charge $95. Do not call or use him.
