I arrived in an ambulance with internal bleeding. From the beginning of my arrival until my discharge I was treated with kindness, compassion and respect. The Doctors and Nurses showed true concern for my life and acted quickly to get me the care that was immediately necessary. All of the staff were considerate and compassionate. I have heard negative things about this hospital but this was certainly NOT my experience. They saved my life! I would highly recommend this hospital for the expertise in dealing with my delicate health situation as well as the human-kindness that they all shared during my frightful procedure and stay.

So a few months ago I took my cousin there on a Saturday. The staff was great and my cousin was in and out within an hour.
Today I went in for myself. Due to the latest flu running around, it was a packed house, so wait was a little longer. However, I was in and out with an hour and a half. Staff was friendly and wonderful. Waiting area, halls and rooms impeccably clean. The doctor was caring, knowledgeable and personable. I will be recommending them to everyone.

I am a cancer patient with a compromized immune system. I get a slight infection in my body and I spend a week or more here at Mercy
Over the last 4 yrs I've spent close two 2 mnths here.
This care is always professional. The staff goes beyond any expectation of kindness. The treatment follows through to the aftercare of my release.
My time spent at this hospital each time gives me encouragement to know when I need help , it is waiting here for me....

Love my Doctor. Doctor Jaideep Misra is the best, he listens to everything I say, he is very kind and understanding. I never leave having any questions unanswered because he explains everything i dont understand to me. The receptionist are very kind as are the medical assistants.

I like this Golden valley a lot. I went and saw Dr Alberto who is going to do my toe surgery and april. However Dr Mary was a psychiatrist took forever and I waited for an hour to finally see her. I'm thinking about switching to a different psychiatrist as she is just too general and not very personable.

My first visit was a very good very nice staff and doctor was very informative and listen to everything was most impressed

The lobby is clean and bright. I was relieved the 2 giant televisions were not on as that would have been too loud. I was quickly checked in and was seen after one hour, which is quite reasonable for urgent care. A nurse took my vitals and 15 min later the doctor came in. I had a simple issue so the appointment was efficient. I had to go elsewhere for an X-ray (come on Merced—-radiology should be on site). I was pleasantly surprised when a few hours later he called with a diagnosis. This will be my urgent care of choice and where I refer family.

I needed an Urgent Care on a recent Saturday morning. I drove over to this newer one in the Golden Valley building across from the hospital on the North end of town. Within an hour, I had filled out the paperwork was seen by a professional for my illness. Courteous, concerned doctor who called in my prescriptions. Place was clean, large, and beautiful inside. Everyone was very nice. We are lucky to have this Urgent Care in Merced.

I'm always on the fence about going to any GVHC because the wait time is usually somewhere between 3-4 hours and the Dr. usually just brushes you off. I recently went to the urgent care by the hospital nd woah.! I was in and out in less than 45 mins the nurse Jamie was super nice and Dr. Huber was awesome and made me feel like he actually cared. This will for sure be my new urgent care.

Happy with the service I have been receiving for the last few years. Dr. Misra is excellent.

Went in with a possible Shingles infection (it was a chemical burn, found out while there) and they immediately put me into Isolation. Full gear worn every time they came in (infectious disease protocol) and it was FAST. They were extremely polite and helpful, I was in and out in an amazingly short (compared to any other Merced Urgent Care) time and they really.helped! Thanks!

Staff members are nice and very polite, clean environment and the doctor was nice the Luther thing that I like was the wait wasn’t as long as I thought it would me I will recommend friends and family there 👍🏼😊

Dr Brandon Huber was very kind and informative regarding my husband treatment plan, also He came out to the lobby to help a loud patient which made us feel SAFE ! That was great since we love GVHC. SAFETY FIRST!

Dr Daniel Ikemiyashiro is the best MD I have ever had. He listens very well and engages in conversation. My kidneys went from 47 to 63 percent under his care

My wait time was less than 10 minutes and the nurse and doctor were very efficient and gentle.. Dr. Song is always very thorough.. Thanks Team.. They reminded me that it was time for my flu shot (which I had forgotten about) keeping me healthy.. Thanks again..

Gvhc Northview Urgent Care provided me quick, professional, and kind service. The receptionist, medical assistant Mayra, and Dr. Brandon Huber were great! I would recommend this place for all your urgent care needs!

Everyone was great; from the Front Office staff to the Back Office staff to the Physician Assistant, Catherine. Catherine took the time to listen to all my concerns. I didn't feel rushed. I felt listened to. She put out orders for the things I was concerned about, shared some of her experiences as they related to my care, and offered some very helpful information. I would definitely go back here. Everyone is kind, patient, and professional. And every time I've been here, it's never been crowded so the wait has never been long. Keep up the great work! :o)

Was a quick visit just needed flu shot. Was greeted with warm smile and asked to take a seat. Was told 2 people were ahead of me was seen within 10 minutes of appointment time. I live closer to the new facility than the childs ave facility. I inquired about transferring to new facility because it's closer to me was told next time I call for appointment let them know so they can assign me to a doctor suited for me. Because its so close to me I'm able to ride my bike. 20 minutes there verses bus ride 45 minutes big difference. Love the building. It's a win win for my get exercise and see doctor.

First time visit, front staff was great, very clean office, nurse practitioner was very helpful and assistant who helped me that day were great. Clearly heard my situation and made sure I left clinic feeling better. Great friendly staff.
