Just got my car serviced here. Friendly staff and my vehicle taken care of in a timely manner. It took a little bit of extra time to get my filter and I was given a discount! Promptly open at 8AM and I was out in 40 minutes. Feel confident on the inspection and the work done. Would see them in the future!

The entire team here gets five stars! They took great care of my car while I was there and politely suggested future maintenance items but didn’t not pressure me to purchase. This will be my go to spots for oil changes, tile rotations and more. Paul Escueta was the cashier and store manager during my visit and he was so kind and let me ask him a thousand questions with no judgement. Thank you to this incredible team for treating your customers with respect and providing excellent service.

They are quick and efficient. They didn't have the filter I needed, so they ordered one from Auto Zone. Auto Zone couldn't deliver in a reasonable time, so Jiffy put the old one back in at my okay. Overall, a pleasant experience. I guess my timing was perfect; I was the only one there when I pulled up. Thanks guys!

The employees were very helpful thay took care of my dog and I thay vacuum my car even after I told them not to worry about it. I had a bad windshield wiper and the price was fare so I had them replace it .

These guys were so eager to help me that people from both bays were waving me in. Service was great, and my vehicle was finished in no time at all. Great experience

They were really good considering, that sat morning, there were only 2 employees. A tech and the counter girl. The counter girl has double duties helping out with cars and cashing people out. Event, with just 2 employees at first, they were quick, fair & good

I had to get my oil changed immediately and due to my work schedule, I was only able to go at 4:45 pm. (11/21/23)I was embarrassed to show up so close to closing time however the guys there quickly changed my oil, installed my new windshield wipers and even vacuumed my front seats and wiped my windows. I’ve always stuck to this place due to their customer service alone. Thank you guys again!!! And no one asked me to leave this review- I always try to give credit where it’s due :)

I always go to this Jiffy lube for oil change. Staff specially the girl who assisted me has an extraordinary excellent customer service. The service is fast due to the team work of staff. All are knowledgeable and skillful. The bathroom is clean and most of all all staff are smiling, I can feel their passion and dedication to their job. Kudos to all your staff at Jiffy lube at G Street in Merced.lastly very honest and wi exception knowledge and information.

The representative informed me about a abnormal oil in my daughter's engine. The rep suggested to have it flushed out. Before she suggested the engine to be flushed out. I was in a panic and she called me down and said it was not expensive. I agreed and now I'm at ease to have my daughter drive 400 miles back home.

It's a fast, friendly, convenient place to get your vehicle serviced. Great for folks working and living in the Northern Merced region.

The team here at jiffy Lube are always friendly and they offer top-tier service. They always give me options even when I just stick with the basic oil change. The team is very knowledgeable and the prices are very fair.

I came in for a spark plug replacement service since I thought that was the reason my check engine was on. The manager and a couple of his crew members examined my car and informed me that my car did not appear to need this particular service. I appreciated his honesty and the fact he did not charge me for a service I did not need at the time. He suggested other local places and was very kind throughout the entire encounter.

Jiffy LLube in Merced is a great place to take your car for service. They have quality people and products and treat us with respect.

Awesome experience! Went for an oil change which came out to only $90 for full synthetic! Customer service was good. Employee was very kind and answered all of my questions efficiently. Also got a free complementary tire repressurization and vacuum. 10/10 would reccomend

Every time I get my oil changed I come to Jiffy Lube. I always come right when they open and they complete it start to finish in less than 20 minutes. They always allow me to use the coupon on their website. They also do a 20 point inspection to make sure your car is safe to drive. Overall, it’s a place I enjoy coming because of their customer service and quick oil changes. No appointments are needed.
