I want to say thank you to everyone at A&O . . I an a cancer survivor taking and estrogen blocker . . I have a side effect that is devastating . . My oncologist ordered a prescription that I happen to be allergic to . . A very rare reaction but I had it . . Dave and his daughter resolved the issue and between them finding a solution and contacting my oncologist I am on my way to relief . . Thank you A&O thank you . . I recommend if you have a medicine that needs to be made . . They are the people that will have your best interest at heart

Dave created an ear med for my dog. The 1st time in 4 years my dog is infection free! The vet was very excited to see how well her treatment worked. Dave and his staff went above and beyond for this very old cocker.

An excellent pharmacy when special attention is given to complicated billing for medications. The pharmacists do an excellent job in filling scripts and making sure they are billed correctly. They will also order items for you that they may not normally carry.

Great service. Very professional staff. New management is turning this place around. Keep up the good work.

This pharmacy hung up on me once they found out my prescription was for a pet. My pet's veterinary eye specialist sent her prescription here and I called them to sort out the order pick up. I was then hung up on when they found out it wasn't for me. They weren't having it. This pharmacy needs to make some major modifications if they're going to act as a third-party service provider for all. You can't keep health away just because you're not happy with who receives it. 0 stars if I could.

Terribly expensive. One purchase of DMSA costs me $5 a pill on the next purchase it was $40 a pill. When I questioned their pricing I was hung up on. My MD and myself will take our business elsewhere.

Today, 11 days after my prescription was sent to this pharmacy, it has not been filled yet. They have my cc, but are blaming their supplier for not having shipped an ingredient needed for my ointment.

Terribly overpriced pharmacy with bad customer service. They used to ship preservative-free prescription for us and they came in with ice packs. We had to pay extra shipping cost of course. Suddenly they mixed preservatives into the prescription and they came without icepacks. We were not notified, doctor was not notified either. The medicine was shipped with standard USPS envelope yet we were still charged exorbitant shipping fees.

We have since switched to a pharmacy in San Diego. This new pharmacy is 5X farther to us yet they give free shipping with about 1/3 of the cost of A&O's.

3rd time my meds have been “misplaced” “undelivered” or “gone missing”. Completely unacceptable especially for medicine I have to have. 3 days into withdrawals and when I asked for a refund I was told to talk to the owner?? Go with another pharmacy and save yourself the headache.
