7-Eleven

I always stop by B4 work to stock up on energy fuel and something to eat. This store is one of my favorite stores. The cashier is so nice even tho I don't understand what he says sometimes.

Redbox shuts off at night

Really quiet area. There was just one car in the parking lot when I went there.

This is a standard 7-Eleven store, but some of the items here are more expensive than other 7-Elevens I've been in. It's not exactly clean and some of the food is old, but it's fine if you're just stopping by to get a drink or a snack.

Bad custumer service, ive been waiting for 25 mins still close / door lock no sign of what will be open again, the guy is just there staring at me i what time will open and no comment just ignore me! What a service ! Today is 12/22/2021 @2:05 Am!

The cashier at night constantly rounds the total up to the nearest dollar. Gave him $20. Total was 12.41. He gave me $7 change. I asked what the deal was and he said "I have no coins". It's happened many times. He makes extra cash because his drawer is always way over. He's a thief. Totally illegal. This store is stealing from it's customers. This happened on 10/19/2020 at around 11:30 PM.

Make sure you check your change.I had a problem with the cashier i bought something that cost 1.99 plus tax paid with a 5.00 bill and he gives me 3 quaters back in change. I asked him for the rest of my change and he refused and said that it was correct. I didn't have time to continue with the dispute, i didnt want to be late to work, for very little amount of money. its just not fair & its not ok to steal.

unable to reach the store via the phone number listed on their website. I go to that store everyday. today I bought a spicy dog on my lunch break and the bread was moldy!!!!!! why list a phone number on your website if it just goes to some voice messaging system??????? DID NOT want to give them a star at all but I had to just so that it would allow me to post this review..UGHHHHHH I WANT A REFUND!!!!!!!

Cashier guys (the lady one is nice though) are weird and standoffish. They don't wear masks even though a sign is posted on the door.

Bought a salad that was a week old. Was not allowed to exchange it.

The first time I went to this store 7-11 from 308 Abbott in Salinas, I had a problem with the cashier when I asked for the supervisor without saying a word just pointed his person, then I asked for the owner and he answered very rudely told me he was not going to give me any information the way he treated me, it bothered me a lot, I told him that I never go to that store again and with signs he told me that he does not care, my money will not be spent where they treat me like if I'm going to ask for alms 😡

No service whatsoever...glad I didn't waste my money here.

They suck here and have horrible customer service. Avoid this 711. Seriously. I had an issue and didn't bother to help.
