Very good food. Happy our is single size pepperoni or cheese $5. All you can eat salad bar is so yummy. Lots of TV's for games and sports. Private room available. Nice arcade for the kids. Clean and modern. Nice setup and great service.

This is by far the best in food and especially service. AJ has a huge heart there for that place and keeping it friendly. Everyone has to try this place, it's awesome.

Don't know if the extra garlic is in the sause,, but holy hell!!! It's beyond delicious!!! Crust was puffy, beautiful, and perfectly baked. If I'm ordering pizza, I'm ordering from Pizza Factory for now on.

Salad was great, the kids loved the pizza , service was awesome, I had a last-minute request for my grandson's birthdays, they helped with every request, we had a great time, thank you Pizza factory Merced!!!

We went to the pizza factory for dinner on Halloween night. Everything was fantastic! The girls who work there are so sweet! The pizza was delicious..Everything was all around awesome. Wonderful dining experience 👌

Had pizza factory the other day and it was fire. Pizza came out nice and hot, crust was to my liking and cheese was melted perfectly. Oh yea and the tall guy with the beard thanks for good service ill be back 😉☺😃

They really know how to cook their pizzas. The pizza crust was just the right amount of crisp not dough like chewey. Haven't had a well made pizza for a very long time. This place hit the P spot.

Super awesome restaurant, love their pizza & everything always tastes fresh! I come in on my lunch break to have the pizza buffet & im never disappointed. happy to have my lunch with coworkers at a fast, family operated spot with reasonably priced menu. Great team is ALWAYS willing to go the extra mile to get anything guests need! Will keep coming again & again

i had a bad review from years ago, i think its a different owner and crew all is good. My favorite pizza place! I wish it was cheaper but they cant help the crazy inflation from the government.

It was very good and reasonably priced. I wanted Antipasti salad and searched rest all over Merced and was pleasantly surprised they had it, and it was fresh and delicious 😋

Pizza Factory has Awesome Pizza! The environment is great, the staff is Friendly and the facility is always clean. I love their buffet because it gives you a chance to try a variety of their pizzas, plus I Love their CinnaStix they're incredible! If you're new to the area try out Pizza Factory

Having experienced most every pizza restaurant in the Merced County area, I have not found a place that's more enjoyable than this. In comparison to others, the quality and freshness of the ingredients are better than you'll get anywhere else. Their daily lunch buffet is the best value I've seen. I've visited multiple times, and have only had good experiences with staff. They're always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Visiting with family or friends is especially enjoyable. Their arcade room is the most fun I've seen anywhere nearby, and their army of big screens always have a good game on.

To sum up, I have not found a better pizza place in regards to value for the quality and overall experience. I'd recommend this place to anyone who appreciates great food and a good time!

Pizza was great! Owners are very attentive. Friendly staff. My daughter loves their Paint Nights. She painted a beautiful painting for me for Mother's Day while I enjoyed a lovely glass of wine. I would highly recommend this place. They have an arcade and 2 extra party rooms.

I decided to host a birthday for my niece, but hadn't reserved a room rather I walked in and just wanted a few tables for my guests. Upon walking in I was informed of the rooms as an option in the future. The owner was very helpful, pleasant, and all the employees were courteous. The restaurant was very clean and following health dept regs (which is always great to see). There are several mounted flat screens throughout for a good view from all sitting areas. Most importantly the food was delicious and there were several adult drinks to choose from. There is a designated entertainment area for the kids to play games, and all the games were in good condition and working. I would highly recommend coming in for a bite and/or hosting an event in one of their rooms. The prices are great and the owners and staff will make your visit a good one! Merced is lucky to finally have a spot that everyone (age-wise) can enjoy.

Best Pizza Factory I’ve ever been to! The people are so helpful and kind and the pizzas are always amazing. I’ve never had an unreasonable wait time either. I will always come back for more!

Above and beyond best pizza ever excellent customer service.i was talking to a gentleman couldn't get his name and was making pizza. I believe was the owner he was awesome to talked I recommend these place the best pizza ever.

This place is awesome! Especially on the weekends when it’s busy for happy hours! You can enjoy pizza with the whole family and watch the sports on tv or sit with friends at the bar area. It’s kid friendly with a little arcade too! The best pizza ever! Worth the price for a great meal!
