Got a some oil, they let me use their funnel, even though he said they don't, because nobody seems to return when done. So I thought that was cool. They should get some of the disposable ones like gas stations have. Just saying.

They’ve gotten better as a store. Better customer service overall compared to a couple of years ago.

I prefer this location over the one on 16th street. Their great customer service is what makes the longer drive worth it!

I needed a part not in the local Merced store. They ordered it from the Atwater store and got it to me by 12 pm the same day. Happy customer

Most of the employees were very friendly and helpful all except one girl who didn't look like she wanted to be there and probably shouldn't have for that matter.

My car's been really s***** lately so I went there to have the young man test my battery and he was so awesome he checked my alternator as well and it turned out my alternator is bad I am so glad I didn't have to go spend a whole lot of money on her battery and find out later it was useless thank you O'Reilly's I'm glad I took the time to drive across town

This place is literally the only parts store I trust to get me what I need and not just what Evers the most expensive item they have like other parts stores I have been too.. Mr. B (I’ll call him) is the best employee they could have hired, he’s been there for a good long time and should have an golden award for the most amazing service a customer could ask for.

I've been in this store quite a few times, every single time I come into the store, there's this female worker, I think her name is Elaine, she is so helpful, no matter what it is you need, she.will help you find it, weather it's there in the store, or if it's somewhere else. It's a great place, I don't go there often, but when I go I always leave with a nice experience, the staff is always nice and helpful, they have good deals and they go out of their way to get what you need.

I love this place are always so helpful they always manage to get me what I need or something similar to what I needed that will work just as well they help me out with the lowest prices possible and the manager Baco Izzy & Steven completely amazing and so help full I would recommend going to this auto parts store over anywhere else just because of their hospitality and that's why I give them a 5 start if I could give them a 10 I would. 😊

Baco is the best. He is the Manager I believe. Everytime I go in there, he greets me with a smile and always knows what he is talking about when it comes to cars! Hands down, he has made O'REILLY'S my go to place for auto parts! The prices are great and they always have good deals on oil and other fluids. Highly recommend the Olive Ave store!
