Their English muffins are really good - chewy and buttery. The breakfast sandwich was really tasty and tasted of quality. They serve cafe vita coffee. The cranberry buttermilk scones were sweet and buttery.

This place is SO GOOD! Staff was super friendly and quick (like 3m for sandwich and coffee). Best breakfast sandwich I've ever had, red pepper aioli elevates the maple sausage to the next level, the English muffin scrumptious! I could go on and on. Scooped up an iced oat milk latte + a cold brew, both great.

Was recommended to here via tik-tok and just happened to be driving by so we stopped in. Sometimes tik-tok is hit or miss, but damn we owe that influencer a coffee for this rec. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

The English muffin is not what you would normally think of. It is light, slightly crispy and delicious! And the Chai was perfect for a rainy day.

There pastries are so delicious! We got the sausage breakfast sandwich and it was great. I wish I would’ve ordered only one and split it because they are big portions.

Everything here is great. We’re regulars and they always make us feel special. The apple butterhorn is my favorite (but be sure to get there early!)

I love Model bakery! They are world renowned for their English muffins and there is definitely a reason for that! They are toasted crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. They make great breakfast sandwiches and offer some delicious pastries... if you are walking around yountville and need a little treat, this is definitely the place for you!

What can I say, the only thing to get here is a breakfast sandwich. The English muffins are sublime and they have stumptown coffee. Make sure to pick up 6 English muffins to go and take them back home and freeze them. You will be so happy when you toast one a few weeks later to remind you of this magical place!

Good coffee, great breakfasts. If you skip the line at Bouchon and come here you're impatience will be rewarded with better breakfast at a lower price. Train car even makes it more Instagrammable.

Get the original breakfast sandwich on the famous English muffin and a lavender latte. I'd skip the almond butter English muffin because the butter comes separate and you have to put it on yourself. They serve Stumptown coffee. Great alternative to the long Bouchon line.

Friendly and efficient staff. The English muffin are worth the hype (I freeze them and just as good when defrosted/toasted). I also like the fresh cookies.
