The UPS Store

They never fail to notify me, I've been with this UPS store for 3yrs now. They basically know who's calling when they hear my voice. They're like family, outstanding customer service. Love Mike, Melanie, Alex.

I came in this afternoon and I was greeted by a gentleman and a woman working behind the counter. They were both welcoming and kind. I was returning an Amazon item and this was my first time dealing with such transaction.

Both worked so well together. The gentleman took my order, weighed it then put a label on it after he scanned the barcode from my phone. While he explained what was to happen next the woman took the box and wrapped it properly. Unfortunately I did not catch either of their names but they were ever so kind.

I got a receipt and he explained that my tracking number was on it. I thanked them both and walked out and into my car. As I put my seat belt on, I saw an older gentleman walking up to the store and as I tried to remove my seat belt to run and open the door for the elderly man I looked up and behold the gentleman that helped me behind the counter was already opening the door for the elderly man. I was so struck with such gratitude. I don't know who to thank. Their parents for raising such wonderful genuine adults, the 2 staff members for being so sweet and genuine or the store for hiring the 2 most professional and generous employees they ever could have. Either way. Thank you!! That was a great experience I had and such a treat to watch unfold!!

I just really absolutely love this location!! I was greeted by everyone when I walked in with smiling faces. I was helped by Alex and another associate (I did not catch her name...sorry). I had 2 Amazon items to return but was given 2 separate drop off return locations. My phone reception was not up to par and Alex helped me log onto their (free) wifi to help my phone out. After pulling up my bar codes Alex was able to cancel my 2nd location package return and processed both at this location. On top of being hot, frazzled and out of sorts I left relaxed and happy I could go back home and enjoy my a/c all thanks to Alex for going out of her way to help me!! I cannot thank you all enough!!

My first time there. I was greeted by Alex and she was so friendly, helpful I did not feel rushed. She also answered a few questions that I asked of her. It was nice to have a friendly employee. 😊

Today I went into the UPD store to return my children's k12 materials. The customer service representative Alex was awesome! Alex made our experience great! We need more people like her. We felt welcomed and her service was more than we expected. I made sure to let her know that her customer service was great. Hopefully her manager see this! Thank you again Alex, you are awesome.

The first time I went to this location was a month ago to ship something. At that time I probably would have only given it 2 stars because the young woman, who was training the polite young man who waited on me, was so freaking rude! She acted like I was bothering her to do her job and very condescending to me and was not very nice to her trainee. I felt like I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Came in to ship a package across the country, the employees were very helpful and descriptive of the available shipping options. Got everything handled quickly and professionally. Will definitely use them again when needed.

I went in there yesterday to mail a package and it was super busy but the girl, Vanny, did such a great job handling everything. She was back and forth between both computers to make sure she could help out everyone as efficiently as possible. I have been in before and she seems to consistently taking initiative, which as a customer is greatly appreciated!

I brought in over a hundred packages to ship. Vanny and the rest of the UPS Store staff worked all day (even through lunch) to create shipping labels and get them ready for shipment by the end of the day. Vanny was kind and conversational through the whole process. Highly recommend this UPS Store for all your shipping.

Great service, they almost always have a notary on duty. I've been going there for years and never got bad service. Great to use for packing and shipping and I find UPS to be much more reliable than the postal service for important documents and checks. Much faster service than either of the post offices in Merced. May cost a little more than USPS but if it's important it's worth it to not have to send something twice. They also do a good job copying keys which is hard to find around here.

Great customer service. Had to ship some parts out and Mike packed and shipped everything, made it quick and easy and I was happy with the price. Had to fax some papers, he took care of that too. I'll go back there again when I need help.

I was there today to have alot of items packed for my move and Vanny was very helpful, courteous person. Vanny new exactly how to pack the boxes and save me $. Vanny is an outstanding employee who cares about her customers and how to pack them. Thank you so much.

I wanted to let Danene Villa know how excellent and professional the associate named vanny is. She helped me so much. I have never had to mail anything far away as I did today. vanny was very informative and just a joy to do business with. I appreciated her help very much today and I will come back to mail my packages at your facility in Merced on G Street.

Nice experience, took things out of our boxes and repacked it into one of theirs and very professional. Efficient and great people. Make sure to keep your receipts for tracking number and future reference if need be! 🙂

Everyone that works there is very nice. Used to live close by and used them more than once for different services. Never had and issue, the lady that does the notarization there noticed a mistake in my paperwork for a job application and saved the day.
