This store was very helpful. They had a buy one get one half off sale. The second pair of shoes my daughter wanted they did not have in stock. They said we could pick them up at a later date but we live hours away from the store. The super helpful associate was able to do a online sale for the order, so we got to take home the first pair and second pair(half off) arrived at our house in 5 days later.

My husband and I cannot think Art the store manager enough for his fast thinking early one morning. He definitely helped me avoid a bad situation. Professional, nice and good customer service.

I'm only giving it the five stars because I love Skechers have they had the most wonderful array of Skechers. It's a great store with a great selection for both men women and children. The huge problem for me was the service or should I say lack of customer service. That was kind of a bummer. But when we did pay we did encounter a lovely lady who checked us out
