Warning for this dealership. After me and my sister decided we wanted a car, we talked to the dealer and he said they’d fix all the issues and give it to us when it was ready. He ended up not wanting to fix it but called us saying it was ready. We were disappointed when we got there and asked if the price would be lowered since nothing was fixed. Instead of professionally letting us know that this is his last price, the dealer let his anger issues get to him and told us we couldn’t take the car and to stop looking there and go somewhere else. Overall the service was terrible. The workers themselves seemed scared of the dealer and wouldn’t dare to ask questions about his actions. The experience here was terrible and a waste of time; DONT WASTE YOURS!!

Watch out for this dealership!!! Told me one price of a truck over Facebook and assured me it would be there when I got there. Long story short, after I drove 4 hours to come buy the truck I was told that the price went up 10000 dollars from the price I was quoted and they would not budge on the price. 10 hours of my life wasted beware they have no consideration of other people.

Horrible customer service! I went looking for this Honda Accord that I saw in the Auto Shopper. I got there and all the workers were right outside the entrance sitting down eating. Very unprofessional, ur break room should not be outside the main entrance where customers can see you pigging out. Customers dont need to see your "break room" specially right outside the entrance! No one even attempted to get up to help me so I looked for the car myself and OMG! it was gross! Stained inside, goop on the outside, trash on the inside, just horrible to even be on the lot. Finally a woman comes and rudely tells me that EVERYONE was on lunch (at 3:54pm?) but that they told her to see what I wanted. When I asked her why the car was so disgusting she said they all come like that and later they clean them. She didnt even try to help me, instead she said "let me get one of them to help you" but NO ONE CAME! I get everyone needs a lunch but EVERY SINGLE WORKER AT ONCE? and so late? It was just bad service so I left

Horribly dishonest. I bought a truck from them a check engine light after 20 miles . They say I put the wrong fuel i it not possible !!. Shell station don't sell gas you can put in Japanese engines. Lame excuse and cop out.

Poor customer service!!!! I was gonna buy a truck from them they asked me for a $500 deposit so they can save me the truck since i live 3 hrs away drove all the way out there and the truck didn't even start and they will not return my deposit!!!! Dont trust them!!!!

Beware !!!! This is the most shady dealer in salinas they will feed you nothing but pure lies they buy all there stuff broken hack it together and sell it. The owner is rude on top of it and is the biggest crook out of them all.
