Silver Oak Napa Valley

Silver Oak has a wonderful story of a tradition of incredible wine making. It may have been one of my favorite places of red wine we tried while touring the area.
Delightful experience!

My wife and I had an amazing time at Silver Oak. We opted for the wine and food pairing and were blown away by the incredible dishes prepared by Chef Daniella from Jamaica. The wines were also fantastic and perfectly complemented each course. Our guide was not only knowledgeable but also funny, making for a delightful and informative experience. Overall, we highly recommend Silver Oak to anyone looking for a top-notch wine and food pairing experience. Thank you Silver Oak for making our anniversary special, we will definitely be back!

I loved the wine here! They focus on cab sauv and each one was better than the last. We did not explore much of the property but it was lovely. They offer tastings in the tasting room or tasting tours. If it's your first time I'd suggest the tasting tour combo but either way, if you're a red wine drinker, you won't be disappointed.

I had an absolutely exceptional experience at Silver Oaks Vineyards for a wine tasting hosted by the incredibly knowledgeable and personable David. From the moment we arrived, David's warm welcome set the tone for a memorable visit. His passion for wine was evident in every detail of the tasting, as he expertly guided us through each varietal with insightful commentary and interesting anecdotes about the vineyard's history and winemaking process. The selection of wines was outstanding, showcasing the diversity and quality of Silver Oaks' offerings. The atmosphere was relaxed yet refined, allowing us to fully appreciate the nuances of each pour while enjoying the picturesque surroundings. David's hospitality and expertise truly elevated our visit to Silver Oaks Vineyards, making it an experience worth five stars and more. I can't wait to return and explore more of their exceptional wines with David as our guide.

Today's tasting was a bit of a pilgrimage for us! Traveling from Idaho to the Napa Valley for the first time, Silver Oak was high on our list! And a six year, vertical cab sauv. tasting was over the top! Kay taught us so much about how these wines are made, while helping is to detect subtle differences. She was a wealth of information! She made sure we didn't feel rushed, and gave us her time and attention. A fabulous day, worth every penny!

We had such an amazing visit today. Really thankful this was recommended by a co-worker as this was my first trip out to the area. The wine tasting with food pairing was a wonderful experience that I won't forget. Hopefully will get to come back out in the future.

Very nice tasting and tour. One of the better places to go taste that is big and name known. Some places don't have the personalized feel but we scheduled the nicest tour they had and they did not disappoint. Everything was nice and some of the wine the let us taste was fantastic. Our guide was nice and knowledgeable about the wine and area. Would go back again not over commercialized. The gift shop area is nice area and they have some really nice items available for purchase in addition to the wine. We will go back.

We went for the food and wine pairing and it did not disappoint! Chef Shawn Ramsden was a delight and always good to meet a fellow Star Wars geek. Our host was Howard Glover who was also great. Taught us a lot and made the afternoon fun. Loved all the wines - Silver Oak, Timeless and Twomey.

Arranged a work event at Silver Oak. Booked online, needed to make a last minute change-no problem. Our host was great, tour, tasting and brought out a 2013. Beautiful facility with great views of the valley.

We loved Silver Oak! We are big fans of Cabernet Sauvignon and love their wines. My husband and I were able to walk in for a tasting since there were only two of us but as with any winery check the website to see if you need a reservation. It was great to taste the same Cab from different years and two different valleys and decide which was better for our palate. And Silver Oak was the only winery that provided souvenir glasses. Would definitely recommend!

What an experience. We visited from Texas and we were not disappointed. Wonderful selection of wines for the tasting. We left very happy with several great wines. Beautiful property. Highly recommend!!!

Silver Oak Cellars is our favorite winery in all Napa Valley. From the service to how beautiful is the whole winery is, you feel like home. We did the 3pm public tour and it was so fun. We learned a lot about Silver Oak, from how they started and how they created their name, to each step of how they make they wine until release date. We can’t wait to come back to Napa and visit Silver Oak again. Also our most favorite Cabernet Sauvignon from all the cabs we tried. We really recommend this winery in your trip to Napa. We loved that they keep serving you that delicious Napa Cab through the whole tour.

We went here in the fall last year and the food, service and grounds were superb. The Chef prepared every dish with such care and detail and though you could hardly know what you were eating, everything was scrumptious and delicious. We ended up buying bottles of wine that we took home and even now we still opt for those bottles before we try any other wines in our inventory. I can’t wait to return to Napa and go here again soon!!

This has long been my favorite wine and the winery visit just confirmed it again. That Napa blend in American oak barrels is unlike anything in Oakville. Top notch wine with a wonderful tour and tasting experience.

After many weekends in Napa Valley and Sonoma I have experienced one of the most beautiful experiences. This winery offers more than a wine experience. It is a inspiration. Winery built under the LEED regulation. Using solar energy, recycled materials, plus and incredible sunset, view, environment, architecture, design. If you are looking for some peace, relax, and good taste this is the place you want to come. Also the winery has an incredible meeting place, outdoor spaces. Everything with respect for nature.

My wife and I enjoyed a delicious bottle of Silver Oak cab on the lawn. Perfect 70 afternoon. Sun shining. The wine, the weather and the view were all incredible.

Had the pleasure of going through our tasting with the exec chef who is more involved in the wine process during covid. What a treat that was for us. This place is STUNNING. Being a fan of Silver Oak for sometime was very excited to visit and it didn't disappoint. Recommend the vertical tasting and pregaming with a lot of bread 🤣

Beautiful place. We booked a Silver Oak/Twomey tasting for two and had a great time. It was $60 per person and we each had four glasses to taste.

I love the great outdoor open space and how not strict the staff were. We were able to roam around the vacinity with no issues.

I love the wines here. I tasted various years but my fav were probablg the 2008 Napa cab
