I had a great conversation with (I presume) the owner on Sunday about sci -fi and fantasy, and walked out with a great recommendation and an old favorite. The atmosphere was great, with a nice cozy fireplace. I could have spent hours there. And I loved the book swag up front, especially this little fan. I'll definitely be back!

Beautiful shop, nice owner. I love book stores so anything that allows me to wonder around books I love. This bookstore is perfect. Set right next to a small sitting park next to the creek and in an old building from the gold rush era. Books stacked on beautiful shelves and tighly shelved so you wander through a wonderland of books and other sundries. Love it! The owner is really nice and helpful.

Her choice in books is impeccable and the kids section is the best I’ve EVER seen. And if for some small chance she doesn’t have what you’re looking for, she will have it there at the drop of a hat.
