I walked in to ask information about an Apple Watch, I came out with new iPhone 15, and an Apple watch. That would show you the quality of service and excellent salesmen they have. Josh was amazing, answered every single question, and I had a lot, with the best attitude, so did Michael and at the end Tom Holland look alike, every interaction was delightful with each one. You can see they get along and like what they are doing. Very sharp, knowledgeable and just very kind. Congratulations ! You hired some great lads.

Josh and Michael, two outstanding young tech specialists, made our third experience with IPhones another wonderful experience. All needed information was provided clearly, completely and with a calm sense of humor. My wife and I entering our 80’s, were made to feel completely at home with our new 15Pro!!

Old phone went kaput. Next day I was all set with an affordable upgrade. Great service. Recommend making an appointment during busy times.

I had a phone problem with an elderly parents phone, that Michael helped determine. Then I decided that my old phone could qualify to be Upgraded!

He also is very tech knowledgeable, which is extremely helpful, especially for a senior! He’s extremely respectful and spent all the time I needed for the assistance I’m extremely happy with my new iPhone 14 promax and can’t say enough good about then your sales agent. I hope that he is recognized for excellent customer service.

Came into the store to switch my service over. The team was quick and efficient with helping. Also suggested a better service option and helped us save some money!

We recently had a full switchover with multiple lines across multiple accounts from consumer to business - a long process. The people working there were friendly and amazing at their customer service. Had to spend around 8 hours in store over course of the weekend and the person helping us, Ben, was working tirelessly to get us situated. Very helpful, friendly, and accomadating. The other workers seemed amazing as well as well watched many clients come and go throughout our own process. Verizon itself can be a little slow and confusing sometimes but never at fault of the storefront workers. Highly recommend this store for quality and customer service, and a big thank you to Ben for being so awesome and helping us.

Awesome staff here! Sage was the knowledgeable and capable agent of change my dying phone needed to get migrated to a new Google Pixel 7a, another great camera with a phone built in 😉
