Matt Pridey is the best agent I have used to date. He helped my wife and I find a beautiful home in south Salinas. He is very knowledgeable about has a vast grasp on the market in all areas on the coast. He is willing to work for your business and does not settle for the easy sale. Matt Pridey did an excellent job of selling our mom's condo! He was so efficient and easy to work with, always letting us know how things were going. When I was going to be away on a trip during the closing, he arranged for a notary to be sent to our home the day before so I could sign everything and not be worried while away. At our first meeting, Sean Griffin provided me with a detailed overview of what my house might sell for in the current real estate market. He told me what price it would fetch if I spent some serious money to remodel the kitchen and bath, and if I brought the house up to “turnkey” condition. Next, he explained what price my home would sell for if I listed it “as is” and were willing to accept an offer with conventional financing. Then, he told me what I could get if I were interested in a cash offer at a lower price point with no bank involvement. He backed up all of his estimates with recent comparable sales and personal anecdotes. I am a novice in real estate matters. Yet, his three-tiered analysis of my home’s worth was perfectly clear to me.
