Napa Valley Welcome Center

Very knowledgeable staff. Helped us with some history and recommendations. We drove up one side of the valley and down the other, both sides were beautiful. Wine that we tasted from this region is top notch and definitely worth the chance to try. We went during the off season in January, weather was in the 60's. Worth the trip.

Loved how helpful they were. Gave us maps and a booklet to look through. Told us where the restaurants and wine tasting spots were!!!

Helpful and friendly staff... They'll provide you with maps and help you choose what places to visit according to your preferences. They also have unique souvenirs.

This is the MUST first stop for me when going to Napa. They have beautiful gifts in the shop and the people working here are very knowledgeable about the region. We share our preferences and they make suggestions on which wineries to go to. They often have free wine tastings. It’s also surrounded by cute shops and restaurants.

Great visitor center! I happened upon it on their free wine tasting night! Six wineries offered a taste or two! It was great! Nice gift shop and it's a classy Center with clean restrooms. I ❤ NAPA!

New and improved since we were here last. Great place to start your first or subsequent visits to see what's changed. You'll get at least 1 free tasting coupon which is at least $20 and a clean public restroom.

Visited for some wine tasting recommendations and was so impressed with the service provided. The woman who helped us was so knowledgeable, so helpful, and was so kind to us. She provided us with a great breakfast recommendation (the Napa General Store) and several great winery recommendations. You could tell she genuinely cared about providing us with detailed information and was sure to review everything on the map with us. She also provided us with a few 2 for 1 wine tasting vouchers to a couple of specific wineries she thought we would like!

We had a wonderful visit with Fred. He was so friendly and knowledgeable! His love for Napa really was evident. Great place to start your visit. We had an excellent visit and appreciated his expertise! All of his suggestions were a hit.

On our trip through USA we had the best stay in Napa because of the excellent recommendation of the Tourist information team!!! They do a great job and had best tips and a perfect plan for our 3 days in the valley. Excellent area to calm down and enjoy life, wine and food :-)

Beautiful visitor center with helpful attendants. Definitely stop in to get advice on what to do and where to go. We only stayed in the area for one day and the attendant advised on which vineyards to visit based on best scenic views. The location of the welcome center is perfect if you're looking to explore the downtown area, visit other shops and restaurants.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Gave us great suggestions for wineries. Cool gift store and very clean and warm bathrooms on this chilly morning. If you have a chance to stop in do it. Well worth the chat.

If you like art, old style buildings, and peaceful vibes I highly recommend this place. It’s a wonderful place to spend a few hours to chill and relax. Napa Valley has a lot of lovely resorts, vineyards, gardens, and wineries that can serve as a background for your special occasion.

The Napa Valley Welcome Centre is a great place to start if you don't know where you want to go within Napa Valley. My friend and I stopped here first and we got a ton of great recommendations from our free consultation with a staff member. Very helpful and informative!
