Wells Fargo Bank

I am a long time Wells Fargo customer, 25+ years. The Napa Main branch is my favorite location for all banking services. Absolutely best banker service when my identity was stolen and checking accounts cleaned out. Banker closed all accounts, opened new accounts and all my stolen money was reimbursed. Easy access, good parking, friendly and helpful staff. Generally uncrowded. Plus, the building is a very beautiful historic bank building with wonderful exterior and interior design elements.

It's been my bank for 17 yrs and never had any issues with them.

I have always enjoyed their customer service. I have never experienced long waits and I don’t even have an account.

This Wells Fargo has a third party writing tickets and placing them on vehicles. Not only do they have a stronghold on 20+ parking spots in downtown Napa, they are going out of their way to profit off the citizens of Napa.

If you’re looking for someone to cut you a break, a $10 Cashier Check break, during COVID, don’t come to this bank. The ‘sing-songy’ teller, only wanted to push me to an accounts rep to change my account, even though I’ve been a WF customer for 30+ years. She did it with a cheesy smile while she charged me the fee, ignoring everything I was saying, as if she was a Wells Fargo family member. Ciao to big banks!

My experience . Bad and rude customer service. I recommend the wellsfargo or Jefferson or any other bank besides this one . I expect better from Wine napa

I was refused service. When I had an appointment. Daisy solorio was very unhelpful. If she walks up to you, say you'd like to speak to somebody else

They no longer accept cash deposits. (WTF???)
