I have worked with Andy for years now and have had nothing but good experiences. He is professional and personable. He is fast and easy to work with and always takes the time to answer my questions no matter when I have them or how silly they are. I would highly recommend him for any insurance needs. Andy will treat you more like a friend or family than a client.

No other agent I have worked with previously has done that. Andrew is quick to get things done! We also saved money! Working with Andrew Losee has been a win-win!

Andy Losee is very easy to work with and makes himself available to review policies and confirm that I have the necessary coverage on our policies. He listens to what is important to me and works to make it happen. I also like that he is local and understands the community and its needs.

I put one star because I have to. By far Andy is the least professional insurance agent I’ve ever had, and I’ve had some bad ones. Andy let two of my policies (commercial property insurance and my auto insurance) lapse at separate times even though I had notified him weeks in advance about the letter sent out by underwriting. We gave him a copy of a layout of all the coverage we needed and listed off everything for him and he still got the details wrong. So not only not being insured properly, he also let things lapse. I was driving a vehicle for 5 days not knowing I wasn’t insured. His response: “I thought we checked on this”Unbelievable!!!!
I wouldn’t recommend him.
His secretary rarely follows thru with anything you ask her to do or what she says she will do.
They didn’t even have my first name right on the policy.

This company fired my agent for spending too much time with her father who was recently put in the ICU for severe skin burns. Kelly Wallbeck was my agent at Farm Bureau. This girl is as sweet as sugar, easy to communicate with, and will go above and beyond to take care of you. Unfortunately, this company is all about the money.
