the Seal Beach Sisters

They are not honest about the units condition, especially if you are new and don’t know anything of Lw Seal beach units , she is lied to me didn’t show me the flyer and told me the price is$269 k , but it was $265k and , the unit was sold for $240 about 4 months before and the first owner found out he bought it very expensive 4 months before ,and same realtor promised him that she will sale it in higher price , this unit was LW original condition nothing was changed since 1962 , sloppy painting , I didn’t do my homework and I thought that is a good idea and good price , now after 4 years my neighbor sold their unit with remodeling condition , and better condition , at lower price $235 K , so don’t trust these sisters . I am changing the windows now for $10 k I have to change everything els at my unit because they are made 1962 . So please don’t trust these sisters at all.
