Twins Chiropractic and Physical Medicine

One morning, my back muscles locked up while getting ready for work. I tried to stretch the muscles all weekend long. My wife scheduled an appointment with Twins - Irvine and it was a great decision.

I hobbled into their office and Dr. Manas took x-rays of my hips and spine. Sure enough, my spine was out of alignment. He recommended a basic re-alignment of my spine, loosen the muscles of the lower back in a treatment plan that would consist of 24 sessions.

Note, I could not walk very well without having back spasms and could not stand up very well. When Dr. Manas conducted the re-alignment of my back, in three different spots, he popped my back and the relief was very welcome. I was able to stand up from their chiropractic table on my own and able to walk without any pain. It was amazing!!!

I went in for my second appointment where Dr. Manas continued to work on my back. Again, my back popped all over and especially in the middle of my spine. Welcome relief!!!

The only downside... Twins Chiropractic is not within my health insurance network. That means I would have to pay everything out of pocket, which is not affordable at this time. I will need to find a different chiropractor, which is such a disappointment because I would have kept going to Twins Chiropractic.

I am honestly so thankful for this place and the employees. I am currently pregnant and suddenly had the worst sciatic nerve pain yesterday to the point I can barely walk. I needed to be seen asap after work and they got me in! Jackie was so accommodating and understanding of my situation in every way and I truly appreciated that. She definitely deserves to be recognized because I was having a pretty bad day and her kindness made it better. She even looked further into my insurance to figure some stuff out and called me back which is something she didn’t have to do. I saw Dr. Mañas whom was also great! I had never been to a chiropractor before so was very nervous but he made me feel comfortable. I was pretty embarrassed I couldn’t really move in some of the positions needed for adjustment and he helped me even move around. I like when a doctor explains what’s going on and what is to be expected and he did just that. Very thorough!

I highly recommend checking them out. They do much more then just chiropractic care, was surprised to see they even do cupping and B12 shots. Pretty cool!

Needed emergency help because of a trip the next day; even though I was a new patient they got me in ASAP! Great doctor, immediate relief! And a lovely receptionist- something you don’t see in many dr offices. So glad my son recommended them.

I'm so happy to come back here again. I was here bac in 2019 for muscle spasm that I couldn't stand up right & driving was painful & sitting in passenger seat was painful too esp going over the bump. That was fixed when I went in 2019. On Friday I went first time since last time I was there Dr Nuños helped me with my back pain on shoulder blade & lower back due from nursing & taking care kids 5yrs & under. He was so patient with my sons around & managed to figure out what was happening to my pain that was also mamong my bunion worst. He adjusted me & back pain went away few hrs after. Lower back pain went away next day. I love how they are so accommodating to me with my 3 sons around. The receptionist was so patient with the boys too who played with water dispenser while I filled out the form despite of my attempts for them to stop they didn't till she cleaned it out. I'm going back next week 3x. I highly recommend Dr Nuños & this office.

Entire staff is very inviting and helpful. They will always try and fit you in, even with last minute adjustments. This team truly cares about their patients and helping them get better. Will 100% recommend with out a doubt!

So being a professional drummer and living in a tour bus from show to show, you definitely need to have a good chiropractor on your side. These guys are fantastic, you literally walk out every time feeling like a new person. I call him the Rock N Roll Doc

This was my first chiropractor visit and they have taken great care of me in the weeks i’ve came. With my tight schedule during the week, they were still able to fit me in to get adjusted. The customer service has been nice and i recommend to anyone looking to spots.

I visited the Irvine office for the first time and I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the office staff members and the doctor. The consultation, adjustment, and massage I got were excellent comparing to other chiropractic services that I received from other Chiropractic offices related to my lower back pain and discomfort. I would recommend this office to any one who has spinal problem.

Dr. Manas is great! Knowledgeable, understanding, and helped me relieve some pain. Very friendly staff too. Definitely coming back for more treatment.
