This store is 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟+ all around. The staff were all very willing to help, smiling and patient. I think the name of the the produce guy was Eddie, he picked out the perfect watermelon 🍉 for me 🥰. Olivier at customer service was so helpful, getting me signed in on my Ralph's app👍, walking me thru each step. Evelyn, our checker was super helpful and Christian, our bagger was friendly and did a great job bagging our groceries☺.

quality grocery store with many aisles and options for buying products. There are also useful ATMS, coin, and other machines in the front of the store, inside. I appreciate the longer store hours the most. Hopefully other nearby large grocery stores can have better hours also.

Ralph's is good store for grocery. You are full everytime you buy grocery from Ralph's. The people are very nice at Ralph's. Grocery food and drinks at Ralph's is healthy and safe. You feel better you can walk see better when you have grocery from Ralph's.

If I have the chance, I always go to this store. Sarah (cashier) is by far the friendliest, wittiest cashier I've ever interacted with. She always has something nice to say, and talks to you like an old friend without interrupting her efficient scanning. I find that her line moves the fastest too, which is wonderful for when I'm trying to run a quick grocery errand on the way home from work. Thank you Sarah!

Major KUDOS to both Jamie the Harvard Store Manager and Colin, a Customer Service Associate.
I, along with many other customers, were frustrated with the Ralphs phone app while trying to scan a QR code in the store to obtain a better price. It is not user friendly until you know the "tricks".
Jamie created his own Saturday morning "Q&A session" from 9-2 recently with Colin to help customers learn how to use the app. Colin demonstrated with merchandise using his phone and answered any other questions. He is a delightful, friendly, outgoing young man who did a fine job explaining how simple the app really is. Who Knew?
I am only sad that he works a very late shift, so I hope Management recognizes this great employee instead of me personally, and thanks Jamie for his ingenuity as well. PS. Jamie is always visible, lends a hand, listens well, recognizes his team, and runs a great store. Thanks to ALL!

my favorite local grocery store, and they have really good hours of operation. they always have what I need and self checkout is great if you don't feel like interacting with anyone. plus if you use their reward program you can get points to use on gasoline at certain gas stations to get discounts on gasoline.

The people that work here are always really thoughtful and helpful and their store is always very clean and well stocked and usually well staffed.

Such a fantastic store!! I accidentally came upon the market while visiting CVS and stopped in to get a drink. I couldn't believe the quality and variety of items that this Ralph's carries. The fruits and veggies are fresh and they carry an amazing selection. Everything is spotless and the aisles are wide and spacious!! The displays are well positioned and inviting. They had a beautiful special on shrimp that day! For $5.00, I made my family a gorgeous shrimp salad. The prices and deals are terrific. Best part is the staff members. The lady that checked me out -- was amazing. She had a brown bob and bangs. Warm, friendly and so helpful. Like days gone by. This is my new market, even though it's a little distance away. I almost fainted when I saw the Starbucks -- my favorite!! A pleasure to go in-store shopping at this store.

Fast service, excellent selection, and very friendly staff. Had a nice chat with the guy bagging my groceries. I was able to easily find everything I was looking for and also discover some new foods. There's a large variety of meats, deli salads, vegetables, snacks, and more at this location. In addition, the wait time for checkout is fairly short.

I've never been to a bad Ralph's honestly. Things are well stocked, the store is always clean. Parking is a breeze, employees are always very kind. Prices are great. Much better quality than Albies, patrons are polite for the most part.

I've been in here a few times in the last week and feel like the staff here deserve to be commended. People are going crazy, they have to ration water and toilet paper, and still the staff remains helpful, professional, and friendly. This Ralph's is always great, but maintaining that high level of service during a crisis is pretty spectacular. Thank you for helping your community during this insanity!

I wanted to give a special shout out to Kevin who makes visiting Ralph's extra special. Kevin went out of his way to learn my name and he greets me by name everytime I go shopping. What an awesome and unique experience! In addition to Kevin the overall team including the Starbucks crew have always been above and beyond kind and helpful. I go out of my way to shop here just becuase the employees are so amazing.

Nice grocery store conveniently located near a few other shops and a bank. I was delighted to see the large selection of craft beers that they had available. The store was clean and had a decent number of staff on hand to assist with any issues.

Fantastic selection, clean, well managed, fresh produce, I love their meat department specifically as they do an aged dry rub sirloin steak and a great looking meat case. Low prices. Pleasure shopping here for my family and feels safe thanks

Very cheap place to shop. In the clearance section there are items for way cheaper than they normally are. One time 12 glazed donuts were only 1$! Thats insanely cheap! They also other really affordable items as well.

This Ralph's staff is amazing. It's open later than all the other stores, so there are never any large lines. The crew will always come to help if you look lost, and they're so courteous and kind.

I really care about what I eat since I train heavy lifting for at least five times a week. The portions of my food are a bit more than a normal person's also. Ralph's has really helped me in taking care of my body with great prices in the highest quality food. I love their Simply Truth brand.

I work right by here so I often come here to get something to eat. The store is always clean and keeps everything in stock. They have multiple self checkout stations for people like me that prefer to get in and out quickly.
