Don’t trust the workers .

Giving this particular store one star… Drove all the way there from the San Pedro store after the worker at the SP called Seal Beach store about YZY Slides… They said they have my size, so I drove there to buy the shoes…

First off, let me add, this is my very first pair of YZY slides. Okay. My teen daughter been bugging me about getting her a pair.

Since this is my first YZY I wasn’t sure on the size. I thought they run big, so the San Pedro guy said get the 9. Drove 30mins to find out the size 9 is way TOO big. I asked the worker if he had any other size. He looked me dead in my eyes and said no.

He tried to convince me to get the 9 but why would I buy shoes that can’t fit me? Duh! No!

Later a Hispanic lady came in and told him she’s picking up slides for such & such… The guy then looked at me and said “let me check to see if we have any other size.”

DUDE! I asked you over and over again if you had any other size and you kept saying NO… Then all of a sudden you have a size I can fit? After being in the store for 10mins? Brah!?!? He probably wanted to get rid of me and gave me the shoe size that I needed. The Hispanic girl was probably coming to pick up the tan ones the ones he claimed he didn’t have.. San Pedro guy told me they can’t hold shoes they have to sell shoes to first come first served

Evidently they sell the shoes to who they want to sell shoes to. Don’t always trust the workers when they say they don’t have a certain size in trendy popular shoes.

DO NOT BUY HERE. We got some shoes for my niece here and ended up getting her a different pair. So we tried to return these brand new shoes a week later but THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. Not acceptable, get your shoes elsewhere!

So I won A pair of the Kobe Grinch’s at this location and was told I have all day to pick up my shoes (which I was gna wear out of the store) so I arrive sometime after 12 and the guy tells me I was supposed to be here at opening (that’s a lie) on the ig post it CLEARLY says I have all day . This is bad business of your Employees are screwing your loyal customers . I have been coming and shopping at private for Like 6+years but a after this incident Idk .... this BS
