They staged my home well, took high definition pictures with a drone overview. We made 15 thousand above asking on our home and a whopping 80 thousand above listing on my grandmother's home. Angel & Patty sold my townhouse. Due to the poor management of Homeowner Association (HMO), one-third of the homeowners did not pay the Association Fees. Other owners had a hard time of selling their property because there was not enough reserved of emergency fund. After Angel & Patty joined in, they got good arrangements and connections and had no problem to sell my property! I give them a 5 Star Review with great appreciation.

Angel and his Team are incredible. They did everything as promised with tremendous foot traffic at the limited amount of Open Houses they organized. Angel & Patty help my son and I purchase a home together in Whittier. We didn’t even know we qualified but They took the time to sit wit us and the lender to see what would be possible.
