I honestly do not know where these bad reviews come from. I have been Been ordering from Wine country gift baskets for 23 years. I have never had an issue.

Everything has been well received, affordable ,and packaged beautifully . It is my go to place for all occasions from birthdays, weddings, get well wishes, etc. Highly recommend! 👍

I hooked on this annual event. Prices range from 5-$65. Lots of wine choices, gift towers and usually some non holiday themes like girls night out or for a furry friend. Bring some cash to tip the staff, they wheel every purchase to your car and load it. Choices change daily and prices get cut toward the end of the sale

Work there. Always go back every season. And I love it. A little stresse but honestly not that bad. Some ppl nice some ppl bad but everyone has there own opinion. Aka "Bombonsito" aka marshmellow.

I ordered a very nice basket to be delivered for Christmas. The basket was shipped requiring an adult signature. It arrived the week before Christmas. Unfortunately the recipient was not home. After 3 delivery attempts, UPS returned the basket to the company. I called Wine Country Gift Baskets. They were extraordinarily helpful. They offered me a full refund or to attempt to ship a fresh basket. I chose the refund. The entire process took less than 2 minutes! I will definitely order from this company again...it is so nice to work with a company that stands behind their guarantee!

This is a warehouse and offices. The only time this is opened to the public is a week and a half to 2 weeks in December.

I ordered the Steeplechase vineyard quartet, It included 4 bottles of wine and a bunch of little snacks. I went on the website and ordered online and I got a discount and free shipping. They gave me a delivery date and was delivered on time to my friends. They loved the basket and said everything was great. I paid $110 I felt it was a great deal. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to my friends. They have great customer service as well!!! I Forgot to add a message and they helped me over the phone in a matter of minutes as well as great email customer service. Thank you so much

I have read some of the negative reviews, and I cannot relate. My wife and I have used Wine Country Gift Baskets for the past 15 years. We've never ever been disappointed and that is including about 45 baskets in total. Anniversaries, promotions, condolences, well wishes, and baskets that just say that we are thinking about someone in particular. We love to send different types of candy towers. The gift platters of holiday cookies, whichever holiday, are fantastic for the kids. the champagne tub is perfect for anniversaries. Every basket that we have sent has gotten rave reviews from those who have received them. As far as the poor reviews go, I believe there are ulterior motives in them.

We use Wine Country Gift Baskets for all of our client holiday baskets each year and I just used them to send several gift baskets during the Covid-19 shut down. The baskets are always amazing, presented so nicely and are full of wonderful items. Everyone that has received one has always been very happy. The baskets I just sent during Covid really brought a lot of cheer to each recipient. My large group order rep always takes great care of me and my orders. Fast shipping and excellent service. AMAZING PLACE TO WORK FOR !!!!!! HAD SO MUCH FUN, amazing ppl and management. Definitely work here if you care for customers, they always go above and beyond to help their customers. They give you gift cards to Sam’s Club for the Holidays. They give you the option to work on Black Friday or not. They work with your schedule, treat you well, they always bring in donuts, cookies, or food. All of management is AMAZING which is why no one ever leaves. Lol

We ordered a wine gift basket for my mother in law as a Christmas gift and it was damaged in shipment. Not only did they replace the gift basket they rush shipped it at their cost so it would be here in time for Christmas. Excellent customer service!!!

5th season working there. Staff and rehires, new hires are superb! Gets crazy busy on phones for those who wait till the last minute to order. Holiday warehouse sale gets just as crazy for those who tend to be thrifty with the Christmas gifts.

A hidden Gem for Christmas gift shopping. I go during their warehouse sale, the prices are amazing. Imagine the gift baskets you see online and in Costco for $30 and up for $10-$15. I picked up 32 gifts for under $400 bucks. EXCELLENT!!!

I ordered winebaskets for each of my children for Chistmas 2012. On one of the orders the tracking system said it was delivered but my son was home at that time and did not receive it. I called winebaskets Customer Service and told the lady of my problem and she took care of it immediatly and it was resent and received.
